Just pure class pizza. The pepperoni with chilli honey is such a good combination. Shout to Amy our waitress who was super nice and helpful.
The staff are amazing! All of them were great. I have two small kids and from the greeting, to the serving and then getting stickers before we left everything was amazing. My kids really enjoyed their meal because of your staff, thank you! We have this experience everytime we go so we keep going back. Keep up the good work
I haven't been in Pizza Hut for years, but due to my niece wanting to try it we found ourselves there last week. I can't complain about the service, as it was very quick. But we were quite shocked at the price of it. I used to see Pizza Hut as a cheap place for a quick dinner, not anymore unfortunately... Salad bar was still available, but pepper and onions could of been fresher...
Pizza great, chips not done enough for our liking, what is it with places serving hard or soggy chips? Is now cashless and although I can’t be bothered with ordering online the local staff took our order the old fashioned way. Kids loved the ice cream factory. Staff all friendly and nice warm clean restaurant with Christmas music the kids enjoyed. Well done
So everything has got smaller and now costs more, wonderful, thanks pizza hut. Service was good but unbelievably disappointed. I get that the cost of things have risen and I fully expected to pay more, but paying more for less is taking the biscuit
Great Service provided by Krista the waitress! It was my 2nd time this year visiting Hamilton for business purposes and as soon as we entered the premises Krista approached us with a warm welcome including offering the beverages of our choice,that's what service is all about.
Most franchises are average at best, but I've found Pizza Hut to be consistently great, at least in the UK. Thankfully this one was no exception! The restaurant is bright, clean and easily accessible, and I was very pleased by the reception on entering by the staff. I ordered a Christmas special pizza which arrived at my table within 15 minutes and was, quite simply, fantastic. On top of that the girl that was attending the table was very friendly and polite, and went a bit beyond to help (for example, they had no ice so she was kind enough to bring me a chilled glass instead). Do I have any complaints? yes, but it's about the company rather than the establishment... you are encouraged to order and pay through your phone which annoys me slighty. They are wanting the customer to do the work so they can hire less staff and make more money, and dressing it up as a convenience to the client. I much prefer the human interactions... But, that said, the actual meal, local, and staff were great, and it was altogether a great experience and I'll definitely repeat.
I love pizza hut. My daughter loves it too. But I'll be honest. The reason we haven't given 5 stars, is on our last visit, the service was quite slow, maybe it's because of where we were sat? I don't know. But discovering they've removed the pasta from the salad bar?! What?! No way! That was one of the best parts! Why fix something that isn't broken?? Aside that, the food and soda float is absolutely dynamite, when they remember to bring the right order. The staff are pleasant enough though and ready to fix orders.
