   Pizza Hut I honestly can’t believe the cheek we just received off the phone from the manager of the Hamilton Pizza Hut. She called as the driver said we put our address in wrong but the driver just went to the wrong place. She started being argumentative on the phone telling us we are in the wrong, we asked to speak to her manager turns out she is the manager. We asked what her name was as we don’t appreciate the tone and she turned around and said her name was whatever. I really hope the phone call is recorded as you are meant to be representing Pizza Hut and let me just say you are letting the team down. The customer service was shocking, it’s not our fault you employ liars but to call and speak to your customers like that is shocking. More customer service training needed all round me thinks.

   Reliable and Tasty Ordered collection on a busy Friday night.The order was ready on time and was perfect. The pizza was fresh, cheesy, and the base was spot on. Great service every time.

   Customer service was really good. Especially a girl named Nazish she was very polite, her way of talking and approaching customers was excellent. She had a positive attitude and made us feel welcome. You should definitely visit once and check it out.

   Staff are nice but the pizza only had the tiniest amount of garlic sprinkle on two slices of the whole pizza on the crust. And at that it was tiny, could hardly see it and couldn’t taste it. There wasn’t even any on the box. Usually when I get pizzas from other stores there’s loads on the whole crust and on the box. That’s one of the best parts of the pizza. Disappointed. More sprinkles please! Go to another store and see how they do it!

   ordered food a few hours ago for there opening time and got an estimated time of 12:15 and it is now 2:15 ( 2 hours late!!!!) and we haven’t received a email since we placed the order. We have tried phoning numerous times but just kept ringing out, so far me and my family have sat waiting patiently but are seriously outraged with there service they have provided, I surely know we will never order from this Pizza Hut again as this is an appalling way to treat paying customers

   Waited well over the hour for pizza, arrived cold with the toppings stuck to the top of the box. Basically had bread & a dip to eat expensive bread at £17. Phoned no answer just a continued ring out. When eventually answered told power cut in area. ..??? Power cut sticks the topping to the lid of the box?. Obviously nothing to do with the way delivery has been handled, least take some responsibility for that one come on!!!!!

   Ordered a pizza at 7pm on a THURSDAY.. Was told 45 mins until arrival. Got a call at 8pm saying it's gonna be another hour till arrival... Called them at 9pm and told its just out the oven be with you in 15 mins.... 9:30 still no pizza... Rung back to say forget and just give me a refund to be told i have to ring customer services, who are closed until the morning to get my money back... Never again!!!! Would give minus stars if could
