I paid for food which I didnt receive. The staff are incompetent at best. Totally raging to open the bag of food back at the hotel after midnight, only to find that most of the order I paid for was missing. Phoned them 7 times but got no answer. The next day I went in to the shop at 2pm to raise the issue. The guy said he could help because he was as day shift staff. So I went back after 6pm only because met by a rude greasy manager. He asked for the receipt, which I showed him on my phone, plus record of phone calls. However he wasn’t interested. So they basically robbed me. Be very wary dealing with the incompetent staff. They have absolutely no customer service skills either. Avoid this place at all cost.

Excellent chippy, staff are always lovely and the food is always very well portioned. The prices have gone up a bit recently but they’re still cheaper than most other places. Pizza crolla is always a must on a night out

Honestly, the pizza was paler than my thighs in February but I was smashed so I didn't really care. Mmm pizza.

Best bag of chips in a long time, extra salt and vinegar was extra and delicious! Generous portion for a small size and so much better than the Blue Lagoon!

Cold under cooked food! Chicken pakora was soggy, tasted like the oil it was cooked in had not been changed for a LONGGGG time. Chips cheese and donner meat, food was so cold the cheese didn't even melt. The chilli sauce was full of lumps. Kebab meat very pale in colour. Overall AVOID!

Ordered a munchie box at £13.50 and they gave us chips cheese donner meat, 1 piece of veg pakora and 2 pieces of chicken pakora! It’s was a complete scam, tried to get our money back and they refused! Then wanted £1.50 for pakora sauce! Your meant to get that included in a 12 inch Munchie box! Complete and utter disgrace, didn’t even eat it because it was all dry and crusty and cold. AVOID

Not a bad place to get Pizza & chips. They are open till early mornings, which make it convenient for getting a late dinner when the occasion demands.

Just bought what is the most flavourless kebab with zero sauce on it. The meat is cold and stringy and just tastes cheap. The salad could have been doing with being actually cut up properly. Over charged for what you actually got. Chips look reheated and are like bricks. Quality of the food. Zero. Taste would be one. And the staff. Not one of them had a smile let alone any kind of personality. Outside was just as messy with discarded food containers, cans and lots of chips and other discarded litter. This being in the centre of Glasgow makes this even worse, as Glasgow is supposed to be a clean and tidy city, and establishments like this just drag it down. Don't buy your food from here. Find somewhere else that offers a better price, better food, better everything.

Had the touristy deep fried Mars bar. After we saw a pizza crunch on the menu. Recommended by a girl in the shop, we had one. The pizza crunch was good. The Mars bar was a unique experience
