Called to place order over the phone to use a voucher from a previous messed up order and was told too busy to take my order over the phone call back in 40 minutes. Terrible attitude of staff. Definitely won’t be back to this branch. I’ll be expecting my voucher credited to me

Domino’s Cranhill branch failure is the inability to serve their customers as soon as they enter the store. They know you’re there, they look at you, but leave you standing at the counter for an unreasonable time. Completely unacceptably poor service. This needs to be addressed by the management team. Everyone seems to have purpose in the store apart from serving your customers.

If you bother about hygiene or cross contamination then don't order from this store. I orderered pizza on the app from the parking and immediately went inside and told the person spreading the dough to please wash hand before making mine. He nodded in some random directions looked like Yes or ok. Then he passed the pizza base to other colleague who without washing hands started making the pizza. He did not ask her to wash hands so cannot blame her [though I was told earlier by Dominos staff that they wash hands before preparing every order]. Till this time I was not sure if the order was mine, it showed preparing on the screen, when it was placed it in the oven and the status changed on the screen then I realized it was my order, when I asked him that why the hand were not washed he said we wash hands every 30 mins. I told him I did not wanted my pizza to have cross contamination with beef or pork and the guy went ballistic said to me that cannot be done here and went further to tell me "not to order from dominos going forward and sit and eat at home". I just asked him to wash hands before preparing and guy went ballistic as if I asked him to take a bath. He started arguing with me in threatening tone. I left only to never return again, he processed my refund which I have got now. Worst thing was that he was the store manager as well. The same night I raised a complaint about what happened through the app. I got a response on 23rd Aug that area manager will look into the issue and take appropriate action and I will be hearing within a week. Today (30th Aug) I sent a follow up email asking if any action was taken the response I got is - "Dear customer The Area Manager would have dealt with your concerns and action taken. The action taken will not be disclosed and remains within the 4 walls of the store. Complaints Manager". Well, I don't expect any action would have happened and I am not pursuing it any further, but I am done with my business with dominos forever. I would be supporting local businesses around especially the small ones (who listen to customer).

If you’re a vegetarian, I strongly advise others with similar dietary preferences to avoid this Domino's location. During my visit, I witnessed alarming cross-contamination while waiting for a vegetarian pizza, raising serious concerns about the store's hygiene standards and food handling practices. I reported the issue to Domino's three weeks ago and followed up twice, but have only received a generic response stating that the matter is "being looked into." This lack of meaningful follow-up suggests a concerning disregard for customer feedback and food safety. This review may finally prompt them. Other negative reviews seem to reflect similar experiences, and while Domino's claims to be open to addressing such issues, their inaction in my case speaks volumes. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to any Domino's location.

We placed an order for BBQ Ranch pizza and a Festive one. The BBQ pizza came with cranberry sauce on it and my daughter wouldn't eat it. She then proceeded to bite into the wedges, only to realise it was still frozen. I called the store and the employee immediately jumped to coupons. No offer of rectifying the issue, considering my daughter's sitting with no dinner now. He then proceeded to blame the weather for the wedges being frozen. When I say frozen, I mean frozen. They weren't cold and cooked, they were still hard. Really poor service from this store and I have never had an issue previously. Usually spot on but the fact remains, zero attempt to do the right thing. Just wanted it off his plate. This is
