1. Mould Pro ★★☆☆☆

   First time and last. Fish way too greasy, chips some soft some underdone (keep them in your fryer for longer) my Mrs dislikes al dente chips so more in the bin than eaten. Chicken pakora tasted like stale bought in frozen cheapo stuff. There’s no way home made and utterly tasteless hard tough chewy.

   Lack of direction, delivery driver could not find where I was parked. I'm a trucker that relies on just eat sometimes. Apparently the who I spoke to at the restaurant told me the driver was parked outside the truck I was in. And I must be blind and stupid. Requested money back for no show food which will take about 7days. What a joke of an establishment. Just eat needs to get rid of this company.

   Disgusting. Ordered Mac and cheese and what turned up was inedible. The pasta was spaghetti (which didn’t bother me) and the cheese sauce was not cheese sauce. It tasted sour and out of date.

   Genuinely thought this place was a scam on Just Eat and genuinely wish it was now. Kudos to the size of the hoagie, was like a baseball bat but the undercooked thick tasteless doner along with the massive chunks of chicken with a thick burnt coating, cold chips but chippy chips... So deep fried congealed grease with limp lettuce some cheese and nae sauce...even a bit of kebab sauce couldn't haven't have improved on that. The burger, gourmet apparently... With no cheese and half an onion, chopped three times was at least eaten by a human the dug and cats got the hoagies. Never trusting just eat with banging descriptions, always checking the reviews in future. I rarely leave reviews but after an eternal wait to feed my dinner to the dug, I have no choice. Don't go here unless you know you like the food.

   Order took over an hour to arrive. When it arrived it was cold & the pizza was stuck to the box. Asked for refund rather than replacement because it was so late & was refused. Manager accused me of trying to get free food. Arranged for food to be collected which didn’t happen & now manager is apparently away for the night. Awful customer service

   Had a delivery food was not only frozen but containers all bashed and curry sauce everywhere..then contact just eat to be offered a measly 5.08p refund..ridiculous since food went in bin!!! Won't be buying again

   Ordered via Uber Eats - it was delivered on time but it was underwhelming. Food was already quite cold, the cheese had congealed into one solid lump on the chips and the batter was heavy and tasteless. It wasn’t poor enough to complain about but I wouldn’t rush to order from here again.

   Avoid at all costs! Continually lied to when asking where our order was. Friday eve - placed order, delivery time came and went. We phoned the shop multiple times, getting a different story each time we called, with them promising the food would be there soon and giving various different excuses why it hadn’t been delivered, all appear to have been lies! Saturday - Phoned and spoke to a very nice Lady, who answered the phone. She was apologetic but The Manager refused to speak to us as he said he doesn’t speak English well, although we could hear him speak to her perfectly well. Apparently, the Manager had said they had tried to deliver to us twice, couldn’t find us (although we don’t live in a difficult to find place) and that they had also tried to ring but we did not answer the phone (we had been chasing our order all evening so why wouldn’t we answer our phone ?) He also refused to refund our money. Spend your money, somewhere else. With better service and probably *better food (*looking at other reviews).

   Absolute joke went into shop to order chips cheese 2 battered sausages and a tub of gravy and when my bf came out to the car I opened the chips and cheese n they where stone cold the guy in the shop also told my bf he couldn’t have 2 plastic forks even tho they where sitting out. Went back in to ask for fresh chips n the guy had the cheek to put them in the microwave and hand them back to us 100% won’t be back !!!!
