Ordered a pizza. It arrived an hour and a quarter late. Stone cold. When I phoned they refused responsibility. Never order from them.

I placed an online order for delivery. Pizza was undercooked but edible but the cookie was over cooked, borderline burt around the edge and very very dry. I phoned up and requested a new one to be sent out and the manager agreed but said it would be 2h and 20 minutes, I gave my address and we hung up. The manager then phoned back within 15 seconds of hanging up and he rang his area manger (not possible within 15 seconds and I dont appreciate being lied to) saying that they need to collect the cookie before they can send out a new one. Considering it was already going to take over 2 hours I asked for them to just send the cookie. He started getting very aggressive, shouting at me saying they need to collect the cookie. I do not appreciate being spoken to like it.
Well I've never been to papa John's before because I've always been a fan of Domino's. but after today's experience I'm never going Domino's again. PAPA JOHNS pizzas are so much better from taste to the texture and appearance. I went for THE WORKS and it was delicious. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. there is a lunchtime offer on at the moment so definitely worth checking out.
Amazing service for someone like me who got there 1 minute before closing unexpectedly on a Sunday night! Sorted my pizza out, helped me decide and I had a super fresh piping hot pizza ready to go when they really didn’t have to do it for me at all. On top of that their vegan pizzas are amazing, so tasty and made so quick, reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend! :). Thanks to Jeff the guy who did it all.
Ordered a pizza here for collection, the pizza was hot, made fresh and had plentiful toppings. Manage to grab a deal and an XL pizza for £13.99. Staff were pleasant. What more can you expect from a takeaway pizza.
We had never tried Papa Johns so were a tad worried, really didn't need to be! I was amazed by how quick they were to make my order, it wasn't a small one either! The pizzas were well filled and tasted lovely but the showstopper for me was the BBQ chicken, OMG! They were delicious! One portion is definitely not enough! Everyone was saying how much they loved it. Such friendly staff too! Will definitely go again.

Kelly bought pizzas from papa Johns Lawrence Weston and the team was very helpful and polite. I work for the NHS they do not take blue light card but went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service and deals that were on offer. Highly recommend.
