   I would rate Tour Designers with 5 stars, they were extremely helpful when we wanted to change our ticket at the last minute due to emergency circumstances. We had already checked in online, and didn’t know what to do, but when we called the emergency number at 4am they picked up within 2 rings, and the person on the other end gave us clear instructions as to what to do with the airline. Within less than 5 minutes, a gentleman called Aravind rang me and explained to me all the cheapest options to change the ticket, and shortly after we were able to change the ticket at the cheapest price. I must mention that the staff were very friendly, despite the call being placed in the early hours of the morning, and very patient, displaying excellent professionalism. I’d like to thank Tour Designers and their staff and totally recommend them to anyone who reads this.
