Went to a play at the citizens tonight. Had a burger before the show. It was fabulous and really good value for money. They also serve pizza and pasta. Very pleased to hear they serve gluten free pizza. I will be back with my family. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Really delicious pizza, all made to order. Good for takeaway or casually sitting in. You can see all the awards they’ve won for their pizza so that was cool. They also do slices and lunch time deals. Only thing that would make it even better would be to offer some dips!
The owner is a legend. My son and I showed up just before closing time tonight. Instead of turning us away he sorted us out with 3 pizzas. Infact, 3 banging pizzas! Superb hospitality and even better pizzas. Definitely recommend. My son brought me here as he is a regular since moving to the area and it was a great shout from him.
I ordered a vegetable pizza and it was an excellent experience. The dough was delicious and firm, the vegetables were fresh and evenly distributed. The cheese melted perfectly and added a delicious flavor without being heavy. Delivery was quick and the order arrived hot and well-prepared. I highly recommend trying it, it deserves a 9 out of 10.
Finally found somewhere nearby that makes an excellent calzone! This was the classic - ham and mushroom - but they'll let you customise to your hearts content if you want. The classic is pretty perfect though, it's all about the great dough (!) and the wee pot of sauce is an excellent side. Great service and great pizza, I'll definitely be back!
We met by luck! Laundry facilities next door (wonderful). The fresh dough smelled incredible so we stopped in to get a slice and wait. Met the most charming counter staff and award-winning chef! Best pizza crust EVER. Tender, a little chewy, a little crisp... perfection. You must try this place!!!
Fantastic takeaway margarita pizza. Lovely base. Generous topping of cheese. Great sauce. Ready in 3 to 5 minutes. Very good value. Excellent service and good banter from Chefs Danny and Kev.
