As a local guide I can confirm, do not listen to the low reviews. This is a good pizza place, i ordered a pepperoni and a a drink and it was nice, the service was quick despite the guy being very quiet. I ate in and it was a bit hot but not too bad. I do recommend
THE DRIEST pizza of all time!!! Ordered 2 pizzas with classic crusts. Instead got two pizzas that, to put it politely, tasted like cardboard. Put half of mine in the bin. Gutting.
Ordered from here whilst dog sitting, pizza arrived cold and missing some of the order. Called them and was offered a refund, and they were very apologetic saying they don’t have any drivers and that’s why pizza was cold (no explanation for missing order though) Nearly 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund I’ve rung them 3 times now and each time they say they will sort it out and refund but it’s still not in my account I’m now going to have to go in store for a refund when I’m next passing Total joke!
DO NOT USE Ordered at 17:50. Waited until 18:50 for it to show as out for delivery. 20 minutes later shown as delivered. Never turned up and won't answer phone so had to drive there and demand a refund. Complete chaos there with no-one in control and half of all pizzas being just thrown in the bin. Disgusting. Domino's should remove this franchise.
A while ago we stopped ordering from the Keynsham shop because it always turns up super late, cold and just generally was not very good. Tonight we decided to give it another go. Fast forward 2 hours and it’s only just turned up, box was broken and both pizzas were cold with little to no toppings on them. Nobody answering the phones either. Literally one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I honestly don’t know how you can operate as a service industry. This is beyond poor
Shame you can't leave 0 stars. Ordered hours ago, no one answers phone so no idea if pizza order has been lost or if it'll ever arrive. 2 very disappointed kids :( Edit: Thanks for the suggestion, I did leave a complaint (two actually, on Friday) following all the Domino's online instructions. Pizza estimate was 1hr arrived after 4hrs; compliant response time is suggested as within 5 days... so expecting some practical response in November.
Ordered 5 large pizzas, 4 out of 5 were overcooked and practically burnt, and one of them had a black hair on it. I phoned up to complain and was offered a £15 voucher as a replacement. Needless to say I didn’t accept and will never be ordering from this place again.
Personally, I have no complaints. Yes, in the past delivery and collection have taken some time - but the food has always been great. Friendly people too!
