   Ordering Domino’s Pizza for the first time in ages as a surprise for my daughter‘s birthday I specified a specific time for it to arrive, when I saw that it was already being made. I called the shop immediately about the scheduled delivery I had selected only need to have an absolute nightmare of a man to deal with Who is completely unhelpful and we have subsequently had too cold pizzas!    Hello there one of your delivery drivers Mr Frank has recently delivered a pizza to our house. Though it was late he had delivered it quickly. He had very good customer service when he arrived and had wished us to enjoy our food and have a good night. The pizza was still hot. Thanks for the great service and speedy delivery.

   Never thought I'd be giving Dominoes a 5Star review, but seriously happy. We asked about deals on the phone and the person was extremely helpful and saved us loads of money. Plus the food arrived early and was actually really delicious. Again shocked and unexpected, no offense Dominoes. Lol But anyway I'm converted, definitely going to add it to my list of takeaways. Cheers Gloucester road Dominoes for doing a proper job on the food and service

   I’ve ordered pizza from here twice a week for a few weeks and cannot get them to put the correct address on the box. 4 phone calls I had tonight and a lecture on what to write in the Drivers Instructions. My dog got out of the gate whilst he was lecturing me and by the time I got him back my pizza was cold - again.

   This is the worse Dominoes I have ever been to it took me nearly 15 minutes to order 3 pizzas and apart from not having a full menu up I decided to order 2 large meteors and a large vegetable I can't even tell you how difficult it was to explain to these simpletons what is wanted but 20 minutes they said 50 minutes later I was saying where are my pizzas oh nearly ready 20 minutes later I ask for my refund so the pizza was on the shelf to wonder last time it was cold no more never again I would strongly would I recommend Filton to anyone please avoid at all cost £33 I will have my money back thank you buy no thank

   Ordered a Taxes BBQ and it’s really nice with sweet bbq sauce. The free bread tastes well too. The price and deals is not friendly to one or two people eating. Domino also served the pizza night at UOB. The margherita is not so good with hard edges

   I ordered two pizzas and they still have not arrived after an hour of waiting, even though the app says it will take at most 40 minutes. Poor costumer service as well as they were completely ignoring my calls. Also owes me a full refund for this inconvenience, stay away if your asking for delivery. At least the driver was sympathetic and honest about the situation of a driver shortage so that was good.
