   Where is my pizza. Ordered and paid for a pizza. Meant to be delivered an hour ago. No way to get in touch. Phone goes straight to dial tone. I'll update if it arrives. But if this stays as 1* that means they dont deliver.

   Extremely expensive for what I got. An undercooked pizza with very sparse toppings & ultra thin, floppy dough. I ordered sparkling pelligrino and got no name brand 20p sparkling water for £1.50 and a dip that was in a 10ml tub so was impossible to dip into. Also had to pay £4 delivery and £1 service fee. Never again.

   Estimated delivery before ordering was 25-40 mins but once we put the order through it changed to 60min -1hr 20, we would not of ordered if we knew it was going to change like that For the delivery time. The pizza was cold when it got to us and my partners pizza just had raw tomatos thrown on top which had all fallen off anyways and they didn't even bother to slice my pizza, if you are really busy put the correct estimated delivery time as we could of gone somewhere else less busy and had better service.

   We just had the absolute worst experience at this place and went home with 3 inedible pizzas. One individual is in charge of taking orders, making the pizzas and then attempting to take payment for the order. It took him over 10 minutes to ad up 3 pizzas!!! What a joke. By the time he managed to get the correct amount together the food was cold. Surely you have CCTV and can review the circus at your own leisure. We wont ever be back!

   The best Italian Pizza! The staff are friendly and welcoming. The pizza was absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend the goats cheese focaccia and the San Daniele pizza. Thank you for the great service and speedy delivery.
