Ordered delivery and my order arrived complete and on time (phew, these reviews were scaring me). But when it comes to the quality of the pizza itself, I ordered a loaded crust, cheese and tomato pizza with mushrooms and onions. Both toppings were correct and it was cooked properly but (perhaps this is a personal preference) the base of the pizza had no substance to it and no flavour at all? I'm not sure what I was expecting to be honest but from other pizza's that I have bought and tried, they felt like more than just tomato purée and melty cheese, at least for the price. I feel like if you want a similar or slightly better pizza for WAY LESS, buy a Chicago Town Loaded Crust Pizza for £5 (or even £3 sometimes) and pop that in the oven and then put your own toppings on it. Much cheaper and same effect. I'd rate the delivery 10/10 and the food 4.5/10. No hate to anyone, I'm glad I got my pizza delivered on time and hot, just might not buy another one.

food took over an hour and a half to show up, by which point it was cold and miserable. guy on the phone said a bunch of excuses about "its coming its on its way" when it clearly wasnt. was promised a refund after the fact but it clearly never came, just a whole lot of empty promises. to add insult to injury, the delivery guy whistled at me when i was collecting the food which made me very upset. my worst experience ordering food, staff were all very rude and by looking at the reviews im not the only one who has been in a situation like this. dont bother, any cheap deal they put out isnt worth for how miserable their food is. another thing worth noting is the tracker on their website is completely innaccurate, given my food had "arrived and was ready to enjoy" over an hour before it actually came. never ordering from here again and would advise others to go to a local takeaway instead.

A disgrace of a franchise, best to stay away at all costs. Placed an order, which took over 2 hours to arrive. Phoned the 'restaurant' on two separate occasions for updates regarding our order, both times we were told "it's on its way", which was blatantly a lie. The restaurant is only a 9 minute drive away, so that fact it took so long to arrive beggars belief. When the pizza eventually arrived it was freezing. We were told we'd get a full refund, which of course didn't happen. Terrible customer service. Won't be back and would advise anyone reading this to go elsewhere.

I usually love papajohns. But this order was beyond atrocious. The mexican pizza was just undercooked dough and onions. No sauce no cheese no Mexican taste. The chicken bites were soggy tasteless or brick hard. The garlic sticks was more oily than normal. On top of that everything was stone cold. And seen as had to eat cold food the only thing left to look forward to ben jerrys ice cream was wrong so had to be binned. I use to order from here more regularly. Better than dominos. But even dominos worst is better than this last order. Never again.

60% off in January! Would be rude not to partake in such offerings. Pizza was good value for the price but lacking a little in flavour. Can’t fault the staff or branch it’s just personal preference but I prefer more oomph to my pizza.

Ordered a half and half xxl pizza with my partner. Arrived as only my order for whole pizza. Called to complain. Rude, unhelpful. Said we can only replace if pizza entirely uneaten i had a couple slices of my “half” Because one is hungry when ordering pizza. And my half was fine. Eventually agreed to replace pizza but would be picking up “wrong”pizza. No other compensation- a firm and rude no- but what we ordered didnt come, and them, after complaint, came late. And attitude was appalling. Like you did not provide what we asked and paid for? Will never order again.

New website, less deals, no longer any option to do half & half pizza unless you phone in the order, which would be ok if you got someone that can string a sentence together in English. Customer for decades, not any more, sick of the constant decline of Papa Johns.
