   2 hour wait for order then when it arrived it was wrong. Phoned to complain and the poor girl was on the shop on her own! Pizza Hut you are a disgrace!

   Ordered online at 17:50 lukewarm pizza arrived just over 2 hours later, waste of time trying to contact branch as no one answers just goes to voice message saying "no agents available" . This is 2nd time ordering from here last time was slightly better under an hour & a half, but will not be ordering again.

   I would highly recommend this location out of all Pizza Hut locations as I had the best time here. The food was great and the service was amazing, especially Lauren, she is very attentive and from what I could see, delivered amazing service to every single customer, she would always check if everything was okay and if we needed anything else, and also gave us some recommendations when we asked for them. Overall a very lovely experience that I would definitely come back for ♥️

   Me and my wife just plain pepperoni pizzas but it was honestly one of the best I've had. Service was amazing. At one point their manager this really polite girl Lauren I think her name was came over to check how we were, how the food was and if we needed anything like sauces or drinks and was generally just kind and considerate girl. Thanks again for the great food and amazing prices will be coming back.

   Absolutely disgraceful. They haven’t delivered the pizzas from last an hour and half. when calling to the restaurant no one is available to answer the call they just ignoring it. Shocking behaviour from local Bearsden Pizza Hut. Eventually when it got delivered pizza was freezing cold and soggy. Very disappointed ☹️

   New computer system messed up and cancelled our order saying the store was closed. I pass by on my way home from work, found it open and called to ask what was going on. Manager and other staff member couldnt have been more helpful and apologetic and offered a discount and made the order there and then for me. No hassle, no stress and great customer service. 10/10 and happy new year to you all.
