   I give the order for pitza any size £9.99 first he charge me £13 ,after I said I want this offer he charge me £7.99 I said ok peproni and green pepper.15 minutes i waiting for my pitza he said sorry I make mistake I make with pineapple I said I don’t want it he is to rude and talk with me and he throws money front of me I said who is manager he said I’m manager .just I came out the shop .

   Had a mix up with my order on Friday evening, when uber eats driver delivered it to wrong customer. Aaron at store phoned we to let me know what happened, and could not have been more apologetic - as the store was now out of stock of many of the items to redo it. He was upfront and honest.which I appreciated. I have also since spoken with Patrick, the manager of the store, to chase up the refund. Once again, I have been impressed by his customer service and desire to resolve the issue. Unfortunately things don't always go to plan, but I have been impressed with both Aaron and Patrick in trying to put things right, especially when they were not at fault, and will continue to order from this store in future

3. As Good As it Gets ★☆☆☆☆

   31/10/24 midday, ordered pizzas for work and this is the pizza I received, although calling it a pizza is quite a stretch. Look how many slices are missing toppings! The cheese is over cooked and the slices that do actually have toppings are inconsistent and messy. It's not even been sliced evenly. It is a stuffed crust, BBQ sauce base with beef and jalapenos, not that you could tell from looking at this sloppy and messy excuse.

   The guy showed up with delivery stated he had 2 orders and he wasn't sure which was mine. I correctly identified the starters but sadly it was the wrong pizza containing spicy pork and sausage! By the time I realised he was gone. As the driver left he thanked me for helping him to identify my order - I shouldn't have to do this and if my pizza had been correctly labelled I wouldn't have received the wrong one.

   Bit of a dilapidated branch versus some I’ve been to. Unusually it takes cash which is a rarity these days. Prices are pretty much rock bottom and it has a Dominos as it’s neighbour so if you are collecting there’s good competition and choice. Pizza was half n half which is my fave but wasn’t the tastiest. If you want cheap and cheerful it’s worth a try

   Every time I order from Pizza Hut something is missing or they have run out of something. Doubt I'll order from them again. Too expensive for such shoddy customer service.

   The food was decent, made in 15 mins for collection, you get a free dip but we didn't use them so would be ideal if you could choose your free dip option or not

   Terrible service. Customer service 0. I had ordered 4 items, the delivery person delivered only 2, the order receipt clearly listed all 4 items. I asked the delivery person, where are the other 2 items? They answed, this is what they give me... I phoned twice and the delivery person phoned twice before I accept the delivery. The person on the phone was rude and pretended that they couldn't hear me. They refused admitt their mistake and provided the the missing items.
