I have been using Interactive resorts to book ski holidays now for the past 5 years. In that time, i've booked 7 holidays ranging from 4 people up to groups of 28. Each time, i've received excellent, friendly, informative and efficient service from the Interactive resorts team. Thomas has been my main point of contact since 2015 - that continuity of service is amazing as it helps that he knows the type of group we have and places we may like to go to. Others in the team have always been able to help and respond if Thomas has been unavailable; can't fault them. I've actually found their offers and prices to better than going direct to the package provider in most instances. Would not hesitate to recommend booking through Interactive Resorts to any friends / family (as i have done on various occasions).

Booking our holiday through Interactive Resorts was made an absolute breeze with their team looking after every detail and ensuring all requirements were met. Nothing is too much to ask and their knowledge and experience makes it all the more assuring that you're getting a good deal and a great holiday. They know it's not 'just' a holiday, so they always make sure you know the details and what you're getting for your money.
As a booking agent, Interactive Resorts has delivered well above expectations - will use them again. They booked our week skiing with Ski-val without issue..... 3 days before we were due to depart the operator, Ski-val, ceased operations and our holiday was cancelled. Interactive Resorts' staff were in touch immediately and we had an alternative holiday booked with another operator within a couple of hours. They took a certain amount of financial responsibility for our situation and were extremely communicative - extremely happy. Very minor downside - their website is dated and not particularly mobile friendly
Great experience. The team at Interactive recommended a great deal for our group. Having never been to St Anton we loved the resort, the chalet was in a great location with easy access to the slopes and town. We all had a blast! Thank you for your help in organising a fantastic group holiday - we would definitely book with you again.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. We spoke to a very helpful lady called Flora, who knew everything about the chalets and resorts that we were interested in and got us an excellent price for the chalet Madeleine in Val d'Isere. Interactive Resorts were very quick to respond to our queries and requests and James in the concierge team helped sort some lovely extras in the chalet for our arrival. I will definitely book my ski holidays in the future with Interactive.
