Really great service quick tasty and staff are very hardworking. Manager Kieran was polite and welcoming. As someone who works in hospitality (Popeyes) I know how hard it is to deal with so much. Keep up your great work!
I have ordered a gluten free pizza for collection from this restaurant twice. Each time the pizza has been great (better than dominos gluten free pizza) and the service from Jonathan has been as good as I’ve experienced in any restaurant - genuine , friendly and helpful. I also got a free salad as part of my collection order
I have recently due to health issues had to become Gluten Free and i am really struggling with the transition, especially when eating out. I feel like an incovenience and i get really anxious just asking places if they have gluten free options. From the second I told the manager at the front desk i was gluten free he helped me and got me the allergy book etc. When ordering the girl helped me pick a side that was also gluten free as well as my main pizza and the manager checked in again after we had finished our meal to make sure everything was good for me! He made me feel so normal for the first time in a long time while going to a restraunt and i can not thank him enough for the 10/10 service! Pizza hut Braehead 05/10/2025
Great Pizza Hut. Ciaran manages it really well with charm and efficiency. Ordering is a bit odd these days but Ciaran is super helpful if you get stuck. He definitely raises this from the standard Pizza Hut to an enjoyable experience. In fact this is the only Pizza Hut we go to. Pizzas are consistently good with lots of toppings. The meal deals are exceptional value. Deserts are good too.
I haven’t tried uk pizza hut in years,and after trying a few amazing ones abroad I wanted to see what it was like here. The pizza when I opened the box didn’t have the little plastic thing to stop the cheese sticking to the top. The cheese itself must have been on rations as a few bits were barely containing any. The pan crust was raw dough only slightly brown around the outer rim the rest all white soft and barely warm-shocking. Unsurprisingly it didn’t taste well.a 2 out of 10-a two pounds pizza in the supermarket tasted better than this. If pizza was my business I’d be embarrassed to serve this.
First time here and had a lovely Gluten free Hawian Pizza. My sister had a flatbread with Chicken and Cream Cheese and Salad. We both enjoyed it. The staff were very nice and helped me activate a gift card I had been given. They have really good deals for families on a Saturday. .
This is the 3rd time attending this restaurant and on all occasions the buffet is very well managed. Constantly hot and variety of pizzas no waiting for restock. Generally a well run restaurant any time we have visited
Pizzas have got smaller and there's just not a great variety of toppings, kids portions are tiny, soft drink selection is very limited, also £3.99 for what amounts to around 10 fries is ridiculously overpriced, over £50 for 2 small pizzas and 2 miniscule kids meals mean we won't be returning anytime soon. (Staff were polite and service was quick, only plus points)
Went here for the lunchtime buffet. The place was very busy. A very pleasant young lady showed us to our table. Ordering via the QR scanned website was very easy, and paid by Google pay with no problems. The salad bar here is pretty good, and goes well with the pizza. The pizzas at the buffet bar were kept well stocked and there was a good variety. Great pizzas!! The pasta was also good. All in all, a good experience!!
Was meet at door and shown to table, after doing track & trace, we then had to order and pay of the app or website. Was easy to order, and pay, we were also given the code to use 2 for 1 meal offer. Ordered 2 pizza's , chips, a refill drink, water and 2 desserts... with vouchers... was £25.80. Drink came really fast, had a wee wait for the pizza's ( 1 arrived a bit burnt), chips were warm. We had to remind them we had ordered dessert, then they only brought 1 over, they then brought the ice cream over.. had to mention we ordered popping candy, we were then given smarties because they had no popping candy. Brownie was hard round the edges, and very mushy in the middle. All in all , was not the very best, and would probably think twice before returning.
