   Good value family food. Waiter Kamil charming and attentive and really understood what a family needs when dining (our child has additional needs which are not always obvious). Ginger cake disappointingly dry but otherwise a great success.

   I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one comes from the heart. Mitch at Pizza Express didn’t just serve us food — he made us feel genuinely welcome. Every smile, every check-in, every small detail showed real care, not just good service. He has that rare way of making you feel seen, relaxed, and valued without ever trying too hard. The food was great, but it’s Mitch who made the evening special. Kindness like that stays with you long after the meal ends. Thank you, Mitch — you made our night.

   We’re travelling through the city and they were so kind to watch over our suitcases for us! Our server, Mitch, was such a kind soul and gave us excellent service! My friend has celiac and they were super accommodating, and the food for both of us was amazing! (Pictured is my cannelloni, which was superb!) Highly recommend visiting :)

   Service was terrible. I was with a birthday group and there were about 20 of us. Myself and a friend waited an entire hour before we were asked what we wanted. No joke. AN HOUR before we even got to order. Worst service I've ever experienced in terms of waiting time. Food was ok. Nothing special really. Not recommended. An hour before any waitress approached us. How to make someon feel they don't matter

   Lovely meal on a Sunday evening. Restaurant was quite empty to start but then started filling up. Service was quick and our server, Mitch, was really friendlyvand helpful. We have the Pizza Express app so got a special deal on the Romana pizzas, even though one came with gluten free base. Food was hot and delicious. We had the double dough balls to start, shared between 3 and a Pizza each, although no-one could finish theirs. Much too full for desserts. Overall a lovely evening and cost £35 each including drinks but with the discount.

   Gluten free pizza was a small and lacked flavour. If I had to pick another gluten free dish again, I wouldn't go for the pizza. They are good about taking tesco vouchers though. Service is great and they didn't make me feel like a burden when I said I was gluten free. Location superb and they were kind enough to move me to a table with a light so I could read.

   With little time to spare we popped into Pizza Express for a quick pizza & drinks before a concert in Princes Street gardens last night. We both had Polo ad Astra romana base with Anchovies, red wine & coffees. All tasted great ! Service was brilliant, staff very helpful and we got the 2 pizzas for £15 , absolute bargain compared to other chains. Will definitely be back soon.

   The pasta is really nice with a nice combination of smoky meat and cheese. The sticks also contain a light, stretchy cheese coated in breadcrumbs. The tiramisu was delicious. Nice and creamy and you can really taste the coffee in it. In addition, Pizza Express allow you to order and pay via the app, along with claiming your rewards on it which is really handy. You can also split the bill on the app. I wish more restaurants did this.
