   Booked a flight online through their website. Got an email a few days later saying that they can’t issue air tickets cause something went wrong with their system. Money is yet to be refunded, the person I spoke to was ridiculously unhelpful and could not sympathise with the situation what’s so ever. I highly recommend not booking through this agency as everyday the flights are getting more expensive and I can’t book anything due to the whole refund process.

   Happy customer - long haul Business flight and departure within 7 days: Despite being a long standing Marco Polo Club member, by booking with Lee's, I have just saved over £300 for exactly the same flights on Cathay Pacific. I'll admit waiting the 30 minutes between the booking request being made and receiving confirmation was anxious, but at that price difference, I will live with it. Impressed and converted - Cathay Pacific you need to up your game!

Also there's a new helpful attendance Katie she was also a star in customer service. Katie took time and went through holidays destinations for me and gave advice /guidance on timetable and flights with No obligation. Thanks Katie .I will definitely contact and plan my holiday with Katie. I simply can't go anywhere without Lee travel. Big Thanks to Lee travel. M Tran.

   Simon Lee the owner doesn't give a damn about his business. He completely ignored all 4 emails that I sent to him requesting some customer assistance. I had booked a ticket and got the return date wrong by one day as it was a 1am flight and realised it as soon as I got the confirmation through. I immediately emailed within 5 minutes of making the booking asking them to correct it which they ignored. I called them and they said the ticket was not changeable and that I would have to buy a new ticket (quoting me the standard terms and conditions). Most agents would have treated it as a mistake and corrected it without any fuss but not Lees Travel. I have bought a lot of tickets with them over the years and this is the first time I needed a bit of customer service which simply didn't exist. This will be the last time I ever use them as there are actually other agents out there who do care about their customers!

   Dear all, I've booked two tickets with Lee's travel in Sept. Unfortunately my brother couldn't come with me because of Health problem so I called the agency which gave me a very bad attitude over the phone saying that they couldn't not postpone the flight or anything else. The only wait was to cancelled the ticket, which I had to agree on as it was the only option given to me. After this, I sent them an email to be sure they will write down the details formerly. They told me that I should get the "X" refund within 4-5 weeks maximum. I have now waited more than 2 months and I only received a part of the refund, which no one seems to care ! I would like some explanation and the full refund ASAP ! Guillaume
