   I was introduced to M&M Bedminster by a Turkish colleague who had been a loyal customer for years and recommended their kebab pizza. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite of what a repeat customer should expect. From my very first order, what I received was not a kebab pizza. Instead, it was covered with an excessive layer of cheese hiding frozen, tasteless chicken pieces that were pale, rubbery, and nothing like proper kebab meat. When I called to question it, I was met with denial and told I had never asked for chicken kebab pizza — despite the fact that I had. I gave them several more chances. The same thing kept happening. The only time they produced anything close to what was advertised was when I physically stood there and watched them prepare it. That alone says everything. On my most recent order, I called twice to specifically confirm it would be chicken kebab pizza. They assured me it would be. By the time I arrived, the pizza was already in the oven, but I still had concerns and asked again. I was told confidently it was kebab chicken. It was not. It was the same frozen, low-quality chicken chunks, half pink, half grey, completely different from real kebab meat. When I phoned back, the response was the same pattern of behaviour: • deny what was ordered, • shift the blame to the customer, • refuse to acknowledge the issue. To make matters worse, they repeatedly charged £1.20 for mayonnaise and only after challenging it would they claim “don’t worry, it’s free for you”. Every order felt like a negotiation, and even when requesting “extra chicken”, they simply spread the same small amount over a larger area and hid it under more cheese. This is not how a business treats customers — let alone regulars. The combination of: • inconsistent quality, • misleading preparation, • refusal to accept responsibility, • additional charges for basics, • and dismissive, argumentative responses has completely undermined any trust in this establishment. There are plenty of honest, respectful food places in Bristol. Based on repeated experiences, M&M Bedminster is not one of them. Until they improve transparency, quality, and customer service, I cannot recommend them to anyone. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME , UNNECESSARY FRUSTRATION / ANNOYANCE AND DISRESPECT!

   I don't normally put reviews up but this has to be the worst kebab we've eaten in years. Dry, Tasteless cold, burger burnt. We had couple of mouthfuls of the kebab and buger and threw it in the bin. Very disappointed. You been warned ⚠️

   Best pizza takeaway I've ever had, and I've had a lot! Also tried the wraps, burger and kebab, all of which were a high standard of ingredients along with quick reliable delivery! Highly recommend!

   Ordered on line and Left outside door on concrete floor. Stone cold only found it when had text to say they couldn't find our address. They didn't even knock or ring doirbell! Please do not use these people they are crooks ! And when rang up they were not interested .they deserve no stars not one !!!!

   While in the kebab shop, before I ordered, I got them to clarify how big the portion sizes were for the two lamb shish kebab options. This was one skewer for the medium, and two skewers for the large. I ordered and paid for a large, however, when I got home and opened up the takeaway box, I discovered that I'd only been served one skewer worth of shish kebab meat, which is quite a small portion. When I phoned up to complain, the guy just rudely told me that he'd given me a large and put the phone down. I won't be getting food from here again.
