No contact to let us know when he arrived, claimed he was there for 20 mins despite the fact that there wasn’t any way to track on uber app or no phone call. Took the food back to the shop leaving a vulnerable, disabled pregnant woman with no food.
Worst pizza I've ever bought! This was supposed to be spicy chicken, ham and pepperoni. Do you yourself a favour and give this place a wide berth!
I've been here 4 times. First time I wasn't happy because when I went, even though there were quite a few staff on no one acknowledged me for 7 or 8 minutes. Some chippies acknowledge you when you go in. Sometimes if it's not busy they ask you what you want in case they need to fry it. Other chippies may expect you to just speak up. Anyway next couple of visits were fine then tonight they lost me and my friend as a customer because of their ignorance. One guy was serving, one frying and a few others behind the counter but only one other customer who was in front of me. At first I thought the guy behind the counter was just too busy to acknowledge me but after 5 minutes I found it disrespectful that not only he didn't acknowledge me but the fish fryer just walked away. I wanted to make sure as they had just one fish ready and as I was still waiting to be acknowledged never mind served, that I hadn't to wait much longer to also have my fish fried. I asked the server at the counter for a large supper which is two fish. He said okay but did nothing. I waited another 3 or 4 minutes and asked him again. He said just going to do it but he didn't In other chippies the server or fryer would have acknowledged me, asked what I wanted. The fryer would put it in the oil within a few minutes and not have just walked away instead. It was as if they didn't care a jot about me as their customer so I didn't care to wait around and I don't care to go back.
Embarrassing. Food is good but portion sizes are very disappointing. What they call a large portion is atrocious, the chips didn’t even touch the edges of the box.
Not as good as it used to be, used to be addicted to their gorgeous oozy gooey cheesy pizzas, but it seems the recipe has been changed, just not the same quality. Not terrible, just very average pizzas nowadays The prices however, can’t be sniffed at
8pm ordered Sausage supper and and bag of chips , absolutely disgusting, dried out good , straight into the bin never again.

Food is so nice I ain't never complaining wow I can eat the chippy forever food is so nice
Just had pizza and chips and was here within twenty minutes amazing food and service
