Ordered donner meat and chips. Donner was bone dry and tasted like it had sat from the day before and been reheated. Chips tasted of fish as well. Won’t be back.
Ordered a Supper. Asked for the chips to go in different paper. Price went up over £4, accompanied by the words, you are no longer buying a Supper you are buying a single and a bag of chips. Ridiculous.
Five of us sat inside for overbaked pizza and fish/black pudding suppers. The food was freshly cooked and portions were large. The service was friendly and efficient. Would definitely go back.
Fantastic food with amazing customer service. I had an issue with an online order which resulted in me paying twice for my meal, so I came into the restaurant to resolve the problem. The manager went above and beyond to make sure the problem was rectified and ensured I was refunded the extra payment. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back - thank you!
Bought a takeaway had the special fish supper and two pizzas for delivery and the food was delicious and warm going to order some takeaway tonight it was that good certainly recommend them
Do not order via Uber Eats. My order was accepted two hours ago and I still have no food. Tried calling the store directly and it rang and rang, then someone picked up and didn’t answer, and now my number is blocked. I want a refund! Edit - Food arrived an hour after the latest time indicated on UberEats. The driver tried to get me to take the food at first but when I showed him the 7 calls that I made to the store and told him that I’d been blocked, he kindly took the order back and my refund arrived. Buyer beware on UberEats.
1st time there won't be my last really good large size pudding and chips were good and curry sauce was epic
Very clean and hygienic. Great service from friendly and helpful staff. Large choice of foods on offer and can cater for special dietary requirements on request. Variety of ways to order ; online, by phone or over the counter. Spacious seating area to allow you to dine in. Would recommend their freshly cooked to order pizza star come in many size preferences.
Chips were great,plus they will use vegetable oil if you ask if you are vegetarian. Pizza was decent but cold after a 10 min walk home. Staff who handled orders really nice.
