   Possibly the worst pizza ever and worst customer service ever. The manager has no clue how to speak to customers. We ordered gluten free pizza which when it arrived was freezing cold, topping all sliding off and sides were cold. When we called to complain after waiting over two hours we were told that there was nothing we can do. We also questioned if base was gluten free as it was the same as the non gluten free one and we received a mouthful of abuse for daring to question it. We live local so popped into the shop with the pizzas to try and resolve the issue and was shocked and disgusted to see no staff members wearing masks, working with no social distancing, delivery drivers going in and out the main kitchen door again with no masks or social distancing. I was shocked to see kitchen staff smoking outside the building and then return and start cooking food! Also asked for my number to be removed from there list and was told that wasn’t an option. Shocked at the disregard for food hygiene, covid guidelines and basic customer service! Most certainly won’t be ordering from this place ever again and would advise other not to either!

   Ordered through Deliveroo and the app wouldnt allow me to leave a review but I really had to acknowledge what was one of the best pizzas ive had! It was really fresh and light dough and the garden salad and wedges were also great. Particularly great service from the owner Marc and delivery driver Sean.

   Best pizza I have had in Edinburgh for a long time. Excellent. It has a very good base, great tomato sauce and topping are all good quality. Delivery guys are very pleasant and the service is quick.

   This was our first time trying out The Pizza Shop and we will definitely order again. The driver Moeed did a great job and was able to do contactless delivery for us. The pizza from this place is great and came exactly on time.

   Nice pizza but don't use the offer attached through cheapermenu.com. Despite the offer we were charged full price for the order. I spoke to the restaurant who claimed not to know anything about the offer and said it shouldn't have been promoted. Anyway, good pizza but twice what you expected to pay!
