He went above and beyond by reaching out a few days before our trip to ensure we were all set, including helping us complete the necessary Mauritius travel documents – a thoughtful touch that made the process so much smoother. We secured a fantastic deal for the Lux Grande Gaube after shopping around, and Aidan handled everything seamlessly. He also arranged our transfers, which were excellent – the service was top-notch, with the team escorting us through check-in and even assisting with our bags until we boarded. It made the whole experience stress-free. Our group included family traveling from both the UK and Australia, and both flights were great.    I've used Dial a Flight fori several USA trips and their service is second to none. I know that there are cheaper options which is fine when things don't go wrong. But when they do, they sort everything out at no extra cost. I've had flights cancelled at short notice and they do the work to rebook with no hassle.

   Whenever i'm thinking of a break, away from the UK, i use Dial a flight first, because in the past they haven't let me down with great package deals, whether for a weekend away or 2-3 weeks. A bit less competitive on 'flight only' deals, but always giving that extra service & support not found elsewhere.
