   My point of contact from my initial enquiry was Madhav. He was a complete professional from Day 1 and after sending me initial quotations we settled on a date that suited our party of 4. Madhav then made personal contact by telephone and explained more fully the various options and upgrades available. He made some suggestions based on his own personal knowledge and experience which I was happy to go along with. The whole process of confirming the booking, paying the deposit, etc was simple and transparent.    Just returned from a trip to Niagara Falls and New York with a return trip to Southampton on the Queen Mary 2. This was our first holiday booked through Viva Cruise but it wont be our last. Having not heard of the company prior to booking I was a bit cautious but have to say that everything was as promised. We tailored the holiday to our requirements by arranging to fly from Heathrow direct to Toronto and also from Toronto to New York (instead of catching a train) where we extended our stay by an additional night. All of this was arranged by Dhaval who was brilliant and totally professional throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dhaval and this company and will certainly use them again.
