   We've just returned from a 3 week trip and would highly recommend Japan Journeys. They were sensitive to our needs with great personal service and organising our tour accordingly. Their communication was excellent when issues arose with one of the hotels before we left. The location and quality of the hotels was excellent and the supplied guides were wonderful. Their itinerary was spot on giving us everything we wanted and the quality of the information that they supplied was excellent - not just the directions to the hotels but the suggestions of sites to visit with relevant and correct travel arrangements.

   We are just back from an amazing 15 day trip around Japan. Japan Journeys were excellent from start to finish in arranging all our itinerary, rail tickets, accomodation and various traditional Japanese dinners along the way. It was great after a long and tiring flight from the UK to have a Meet and Greet rep at the airport to show us how to get Suica travel cards and get us safely on to the limousine bus into Tokyo. The Vamoos app was very valuable to keep us right along the way. We also loved having some lesser known regions to explore, such as Hakone, Takayama and Matsumoto. All in all James, Leah and Brianna were very helpful and communicative at all stages of the process and we would not hesitate using them again.

   Japan Journeys are excellent from start to finish. Our entire holiday went seamlessly as we moved through Japan. The detailed itinerary provided gave us everything we needed to explore the best of Japan rather than trying to figure it out ourselves. The organisation by Japan Journeys was faultless and our thanks to Brianna for everything she did to help us decide what to include on our two week holiday and then book everything and create a fantastic itinerary that we could follow as we moved around. We had a fabulous time and will definitely return to Japan and use Japan Journeys again.

   Japan Journeys tailored a 17 day trip across Japan for us as a belated honeymoon, where we stayed at 8 different locations from Sapporo to Ishigaki. We picked elements from 3 of their different recommended trips and they used this to create a perfect itinerary for us. By arranging all of the accommodation, main transport and providing us with a detailed itinerary, just took the stress out of arranging the trip, and allowed us to do and see as much as we could in the limited time which we had. They provided everything on a handy app so you can keep everything in one piece. When planning our trip, we worked with Ruby, Leah and James who were all great and always happy to help us with any questions before and during our trip. I would recommend using Japan Journeys and thank them for arranging such an amazing memorable trip for us.

   Honestly cannot recommend Japan Journeys enough! When my friends and I saw the Manga tour on their site, it sounded perfect for us and it truly was plus so much more! The itinerary was a wonderful mix of anime and manga hotspots alongside visiting traditional and historical locations full of a culture so very different to ours which was so interesting to learn about. We had an amazing time guided around Tokyo in the main tour by our tour leader Issei who taught us so much about the locations we visited as well as how to get around the city so that we felt comfortable going it alone when it came to exploring independently during the extension tour in Kyoto, Osaka and surrounding areas. Shoutout to James and Mario too who, alongside Issei, provided us with the trip of a lifetime worth every penny! I wouldn’t hesitate in using Japan Journeys again and if you’re thinking of booking a tour with them, do it, you will not regret it! ☺️

   Fabulous trip to a beautiful country made perfect by our friends at Japan Journeys. We had to cancel a trip elsewhere and so came to JJ at very short notice with a very narrow time window to be able to put together the trip of a lifetime. They stepped up and got us the most wonderful package sorted within 24 hours. 5 days later we were on a plane with a full pack of detailed information. We were met at the airport, had a helpful local agent sort our train bookings and get us in the car which took us to an amazing hotel for the start of our adventure. I'm writing this having returned a few days ago and we are still walking on air. Thank you again chaps!

   I would highly recommend booking your trip to Japan through Japan Journeys. I could not have asked for anything more from a travel agent. Big shout out to Mario who was lovely to deal with and also super knowledgeable. Everything was so well organised and any questions which I had were answered quickly. I was particularly impressed by the level of detail in my itinerary and how this had been tailored to what I was specifically interested in. They also provided a whole host of additional documents to make travelling around Japan easier. Whilst I was booking my trip the regulations to Japan were constantly changing but Japan Journeys were always on top of these and made sure that I had completed the relevant documentation.
