Waited an hour for delivery and only half the food arrived. Phoned up, they said they will make the rest and deliver it within 30 mins. Phoned back after an hour and they said it’s busy and hung up.
Ordered food at 7 19pm said it would be delivered by 8.20pm.. called at 8.35 to be told it was on its way by 9pm still hadn't arrived called back and they hung up on me. Went down in the car to get said meal and driver turned up while I was in the shop!! Told them I wanted fresh food and they could take the order back which they did but no offer of delivery fee back !!.. I used this chip shop a lot but its definitely gone down hill and I for one won't be using again. No excuse for taken that long to deliver on a Tuesday night when rhe shop was empty I ordered the back of 7pm and just sitting down to dinner at 9.20pm!!! Ps food was not the best either chips were horrible!!
My go-to chippy for many years. Staff are some of the best you will find. My food has always been lovely and plentiful. But on my last 2 visits I'm afraid the chips have been sub-par. Undercooked and raw. Thought it might have been a one-off. But last 2 visits were a few weeks apart and still the same. Will still continue going back here. For now.

Occasionally get order wrong or short, and delivered over an hour later usually, Spice world all the way, sick of Bravo!!!
Good prices. Great food. Can be busy as locals probably know it's a good takeaway. Staff work hard and the service is quick. I'd say the best in the area for pizza and chip shop food. I stop in when passing Broxburn if working late and needing a quick tasty treat. They also have nice quality ice creams.
Best Take Away in the near area. Everything we get from them is top notch quality. Whenever we go away on holiday, and we come back, this is the first place we go for a fish supper!
For many the years we are very good customers from this chippy. Food is good, but last few times long waiting times, food cold, few weeks ago black chips. Phoned the shop, and I returned the chips. I did not even want other chips. Tonight an hour and a half waiting, no chips with the fish and cold donner kebab meat. Fed up now with them. Time for another chip shop. Would be different if they are a bit honest about times, and deliver hot food.
