   Terrible service, we won’t treat the kids there again. Made an order and the money came out, waited an hour and had no online confirmation. Tried calling to no avail (it just hangs up after a short message) so I drove down to the restaurant……closed. I can imagine I won’t be getting my money back any time soon. I’ve also had items missing in the past and with no way of getting my money refunded. Looking at other reviews I’m staggered that they’re still in business.

   Food over an hour late (3 hours total wait), calls to restaurant go unanswered, items missing, stone cold. Delivery driver revealed that my pizza had gone with him to two destinations in Nailsea before coming back (passed the restaurant) to my address - it had been on his bike for 40 minutes.

   Ordered a burger and chips and a pizza, came early and hot and had good quality ingredients and great taste. Could have been a little more sauce on the burger and the pizza could have been cooked a little while longer but still a very tasty meal!!

   Awful. Left two messages to speak to restaurant via their own service which went unanswered. Pizzas soggy with virtually no topping despite being most expensive. Worst pizzas ever received. Special requests ignored. Hoped this would be regular as very local but never again.

   Order on time, absolutely lush food and great service only thing is I ordered two dips and only got one and they are £1.10 each so a little annoyed with that but otherwise amazing and I would order again and it is an easy mistake to make :)

   We ordered our pizza at 7.30pm last night. We were told there would be a 40 minute delay and that our food wouldn’t arrive until 9pm. By 9.30pm we were still waiting. I tried calling but no answer. At 10pm we had a text to say our order had been cancelled!!! Thanks a lot! Have used this place for years but so disappointed in how this was handled. If you can’t fulfil the order just let people know and preferably BEFORE every other take away has closed!!! Will never use again now. :(

   Shocking..... Pizza arrived luke warm. Sides had been deep fried within an inch of their lives, we're rock hard and stone cold. Delivery was over an hour and a half. Phoned to ask where order was and was told "just coming out of the oven"..... blatant lie..... This order was placed via Just Eat and I've since been refunded, however they'll not be getting a second chance I'm afraid.

   ordered at 515pm, up to a hour wait not a problem, phone call at 615pm to say it had just left store. we live 16min drive (4.2miles) from store. delivery driver rang 45mins later after the initial phone call to say it had just left to inform us he couldn't find address left with cold pizzas. not ideal when one was a fish topping. won't use again. went back through just eat restaurant refused to refund unless we sent food back. how do they expect you do do this ? absolutely awful will not use again.
