Had an absolutely brilliant Christmas break here. Loads of free entertainment for our granddaughter and such friendly, helpful staff. The Father Christmas trail was just magical and so well thought out. Check in was seamless with no queuing at all and was given a beautiful gift box for our little dog. Will definitely be returning in the summer and again next Christmas.

Fantastic place with loads of eating places and accommodation at different levels,we stayed at the Motel and the room and services were brilliant. The area surrounding is excellent with great walks and very flat making getting about for older people like us lovely. The speed limit is very low on site for traffic meaning it feels very safe.

We had a wonderful Christmas weekend break at Ribby Hall Village. The site is perfect for families with children and dogs. The secure dog area was lots of fun. There were so many lovely parks for the children and a beautiful woodland walk. The highlight of our visit was the Santa's grotto and pantomime. The walk through to santa was brilliant we spent a good 45 minutes going through this and then santa was brilliant with the kids too. The pantomime was brilliant, really funny us adults loved it too. The evening entertainment team doing the kids disco and games had great energy and interaction with the kids. Staff were extremely helpful when i left a bag there after we left and had it posted out and back to me within two days! This was such a relief. We will definitely be booking another trip!

Wonderful. Amazing value for money on the parent and toddlers breaks. So much to do indoors and outdoors, lovely activities (some are FREE), playgrounds, soft play, fabulous pool area with slides and splash zone. Gorgeous, tranquil adults only pool with hot tub, sauna, steam included. Stunning outdoor spaces. Clean, spacious accommodation. Entertainment, mini disco, quiz night, the lot. Good restaurant options without silly prices. Close to St Annes and Blackpool. Fantastic little zoo on site, could see deer, wallabies and Binturong from the cottage! Lovely, lovely staff, who are so helpful. All this for £260 for four nights! This is low season price of course, still incredible value. A fantastic experience for families with small children.

Wow. Where do I begin?! The customer service was exceptional from the get go. We checked in and I asked if someone could set up some balloons and banners for my daughters birthday in the lodge, nothing was a problem. We entered the lodge and it was all set up, even left her a birthday card and a helium balloon. The lodge was absolutely beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. The entertainment throughout the day and evening was brilliant for the kids, the swimming pool was lovely and clean. I honestly could go on and on but it was just the best week away. I'm just absolutely gutted the lodges are fully booked for winter break next year already but we will definitely be back!!!

This was my first time at Ribby Hall. Me and my son stayed for a 4 day break before Christmas and our stay was spectacular!!! There wasn’t a single thing i could fault about it. Great welcome , helpful, friendly staff, so many activities and the accommodation was comfortable, spacious and clean. Superb swimming experience which my son loved the slides. The treehouse and meet Santa was incredible. I would definitely recommend this place for an affordable, fun and relaxing family break.

Only stopped one night in the motel as a birthday treat but it was a very good room. It was clean (apart from the kettle - needs descaling). The facilities onsite are tremendous. The Spar is well stocked. The receptionist last night was nice, helpful and lovely. The coffee shop did tremendous coffee. Overall, enjoyable.

Took the youngest for a swim in the holidays! She loves the water and there's a playground before and after you go in which makes all the difference to a 6 year old apparently! The pool is a fair size, and as you can imagine with a few slides and during school holidays it was very busy! Still had a great time though! My only complaint would be the amount of black bits floating in the water! It was commented on by a few people we spoke to whilst there! With so many people using the facility it's not surprising and I'm not sure what they could actually do to combat the problem! All on all a good experience and will return again, only for the children though! We did try and use the adult pool without the kids, but were told we couldn't pay to use it unless we were staying on site! We ended up going to the village that day instead!
