The staff members here are very unprofessional. Save your time, your breath, these people will have you stressing. They do not listen and the staff members are seriously disrespectful. Considering they want customers and want people to return, their mannerism and behaviour is utterly appalling. Especially the female staff members, claiming they don’t speak English? Makes no sense whatsoever. Save your breath and buy directly from the airline.
