   I have been booking trips with Enfieldian for while, and it's always such a great experience. My granddaughter absolutely loves the trips, as do we. The ladies in the Enfield office are amazing; really helpful and friendly, and it is always a joy to have drivers which start the day by greeting us with a warm welcome. They are brilliant. Looking forward to the next trip. Thank you to all at Enfieldian.

   I had an amazing experience with Enfieldian Coaches! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, comfortable, and enjoyable. The coach was clean and spacious, the journey was smooth, and the driver was professional and friendly. The tour itself was fantastic, with well-planned stops and plenty of time to explore.    My wife and I along with our family friends had a wonderful trip to Bath on 8th March.. It was our first time going on a trip with Enfieldian and we loved it.. Mick was professional and funny... the coach was very comfortable and exactly on time... A break between the journey was very much welcomed... we spent a wonderful day at Bath. Already planning to book our next trip with Enfieldian...

   I have been on various trips with Enfieldian and I have enjoyed everyone of them. It's a local firm with local pick up points. The Ladies in the Office are very helpful and I have never ever encountered a problem that they can't sort out. With regards to Drivers I have never encountered a problem. I want to feel safe, and if I have had a problem I speak directly to them. When you have a comfort break, get off the coach and go to the Loo! Don't sit there and then want to go as soon as we move off. Or try to go when the coach has stopped. Loads of people have Disabilities and all the Drivers are very considerate. I like the diversity of everyone on the coaches. It's great to see so many of the older generation going out for the day, or on short breaks. If your travelling on your own, everyone is very friendly. For me this company is a great local asset. If you want all mod cons etc and changeovers etc go with a multi national company. This company is for local people and Iocal departures points. It's safe and easy for people to get home. I have visited lots of unusual places and enjoyed them all. Great days out! Some people just like to moan! Not everything always goes to plan, but that's the fun of it. Roadworks etc and accidents are outside of the Drivers control. So if you want a day out, let the coach take the strain. The short breaks are good value for money. I have met lots of very nice people on these trips. Life is what you make it! We have had good times. So like everything in life, things can be improved and I think that any problems encountered Enfieldian take this on board. We need to support our local services, otherwise we can end up losing them. So 5* from me.

   I have seen a few bad reviews about Enfieldian? I have NO idea how this is possible. I am disabled and I have always had good honest communications with ALL at Enfieldian. It is the only coach tour company I use. The drivers are polite & friendly and the staff at the Enfield office are polite, friendly, down to earth & professional people. Without Enfieldian I would have been at a loss. Enfieldian are 100% a decent company with good cheap tours all over the UK from Stamford to The Isle of Wight, Kent & numerous other locations 10/10

   The coach had dirty chairs need a good hoover the seat trays very dirty need a good wipe!! Fag butt on floor and chewing gum on chairs. Spend to long at service station which was Unnecessary!!!
