This summer we had purchased a holiday package, but Ms. Melek was extremely inattentive and not good at her job. She forgot to check in 6 people, which caused us to pay extra at the airport. Afterwards, she never apologized and continued to behave rudely. I absolutely do not recommend booking a holiday or flight from here.
