I don't think they are still in business. Shows dormant in Companies House. Lots of Travel Agents in Whitechappel are dubious. Please check specific Airline contact numbers if travel agent is an authorised agent. While on Airline website why not check prices directly.
A friend arranged for Sanjit from Imran Travels to contact me, as he use’s Imran Travels frequently. From start to finish, Sanjit has made my booking process swift and simple. I believe that Imran Travels are the main agent for Biman airlines and local travel agents are not as quick. I have logged into the Biman app and can see my flight details. I don’t know why some people have given negative reviews. Bangladeshi people will be Bangladeshi people, I guess.
I believe they provide services outside of the UK. They seem to offer services in third-world countries like Africa or Asia. I purchased a ticket from Imran Travel, but due to an emergency, I had to cancel it. They said the refund would be processed after six weeks. After six weeks, I called them again, and they said they couldn't issue a bank transfer. Instead, someone from their side called me from a private number. I asked him to provide his mobile number, which he promised to do, but he never did. I called Imran Travel again, and another person called me, giving me his number. He said he would call me an hour before coming to my location. I waited, but he neither called nor answered his phone. I called Imran Travel again and asked them to deposit the money into my bank account. They refused, saying they couldn't transfer the money to a bank account and that I had to collect it in person from either their office or from a man. I live 11 miles from the man and 350 miles from their office. Having no other option, I had to travel 11 miles to collect the money. By the way, when I booked the ticket, they didn't mention that refunds couldn't be transferred to a bank account. They did say there would be a £200.00 cancellation fee. I wanted to share my experience so that everyone is cautious before using their services.
Disappointed with the service provided by this travel agency. My friend’s family booked and paid for their tickets months in advance for pilgrimage, only to find out at the last moment that the tickets were not booked. This has caused them immense distress, as they are now unable to go on their trip. It’s unacceptable to take someone’s hard-earned money and fail to deliver on such an important booking. I sincerely hope this agency returns their money as soon as possible, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone. Please take responsibility for this situation and resolve it immediately - your customers deserve better.
Recently I booked our Umrah trip through Imran travels. Alhamdulillah their service is excellent. They provided everything they said they would provide. Their employee in Makkah also arranged transportation from airport to Makkah and Makkah to Madinah, his service was also excellent. I would recommend Imran travels to everyone.
May Allah give them hidayat as I have suffered a lot coming for Umrah so many bat far work for them crazy as them. They don't care at all,not communition,says one things then they do other .please very careful about this people.

Awful customer service from Imran Travels in London. Once you paid for ticket and thats it. They are not bothered to give you any extra attention or help if you are having any difficulties such as any cancellations for any emergency. I would never recommend this agency to anyone at all and even I would like to tell all the airlines to cancel their license if they see my review. There is no point of putting the airline passengers to have hassle and putting down their reputations. This agency not even deserves to have 1 star. I’m soooo disappointed with this agency service. Please avoid this agency.
Simple and easy chaps to work with. Called them gave the the destination and dates, They looked and called me back with options and prices. Excellent and transparent.
I tried to make a payment with my credit card. They tried to charge me 20% extra on top of my ticket price absolutely insan. When i asked why came out with a excuse service charge, i ,meant who the hell charge service charge for card payments???why don't u simply say that u want cash to steal the vat from revenue.....bunch of donuts working there don't know how to talk
