   Easy to book our holiday with Go Travel. Gave them a wish list / dates and they provided us with three good options - chose Lanzarote - Riu Paraiso Hotel for an autumn winter week. Location was excellent and couldn’t fault the hotel for cleanliness and friendliness. Food at all inclusive can be hit and miss but as long as you time in right you get fresh hot choices. Room was big and in a nice quiet spot. Loads going on at the resort for kids and adults. Or an entertaining people watch if you didn’t fancy joining in. Beaches were beautiful and all bar/cafe staff locally were great too. Could easily be back on the plane next month! Go Travel got it just right for us and made everything easy doing all our check in etc for us.

   We decided to use a travel agent for our latest holiday rather than on line and what a good move that was. Sarah, who handled everything was fantastic. We knew where we wanted to go, Venice, and she did the rest. She found a great hotel right in the heart of the city, neat Piazza San Marco and near all the major river bus routes. We found by booking through Go Travel we knew exactly what the cost would be, with no surprises like luggage and designated seat extras. All the documents came through with plenty of time with nothing else to do except have a great time in Venice Thoroughly recommend this travel agent, will definitely use again and 5 stars to Sarah who made it all happen.

   I wanted to book a holiday on the website, however they didn't have an online booking facility. The website showed the holiday destination, the travel dates and the price, yet no link to book the trip. I was advised that in order to book the holiday I would either have to go to their office or give them a call. I think it's absolute madness for a travel business in 2022 not to give their customers the option to book the trip themselves online. The vast majority of flights and hotels are booked this way nowadays. I cannot understand from a business perspective, why they don't provide this option, as they will be deterring a lot of potential customers booking through them.

   I booked my tickets to go to India a year ago and they didn't even have the courtesy to call me and tell me that the business has ceased trading... I just hope this ATOL protection and section 75 of paying by credit card will get me my money back.
