Lovely little tearoom/cafe. Reasonable prices and lots of choice ranging from toasties and bagels, jacket potatoes, pastries, cakes, brownies and sausage rolls! Hot, Cold and Seasonal drinks availible and indoor and outdoor seating. They also sell honey, waxmelts and candles and have a small book swap. Friendly staff and fast service with eat in or takeaway service. Some gluten free options. Free parking but limited spaces and it can get full quickly Went again for another hot choc and cake. This time I had a festive hot choc in a christmas tree mug with a tiffin. Again great service ane great quality food. There was more parking avalible on my 2nd visit. Will be visiting again in the future

Great, quirky cafe. Absolutely loved our visit to break up our long journey. Lovely hot coffee in a decent size cup, toastie was tasty and very good value for money. My husband and I needed a bite to eat but not a huge meal and the lady who served us sensibly advised us to share the toastie as it was quite substantial. We appreciated that advice as she could have just sold us two toasties. I’m sure we would not have been able to finish them. Staff were very welcoming and efficient, we noticed that tables were cleaned quickly and thoroughly and even the seating was wiped between customers. The toilet, whilst a portaloo behind the cafe, was the best portaloo I have used. It was clean, well equipped and they have obviously tried to make the best of what they have. If I didn’t live so far away I would visit this cafe regularly. So glad I found this lovely independent cafe.

What a funky place, the toilets were a trek to get to and not disabled friendly with uneven gravel and stairs leading to it. But the cakes and coffee were lovely. Glad my friend showed me this place. It was a real treat. I'll be back.

Spent our Mothers Day Brunch here. I had a 3 cheese and Pastrami toastie and my Mom had the Scrumpy Sausage Roll. Both were absolutely delicious. Could not recommend enough! The staff are super friendly & happy to help. The atmosphere is lovely & will definitely be returning.
