Almost all the time we order it arrives piping hot and within 20mins. Friendly staff and really good pizza (for a fast food chain)

Ordered for delivery. Turned up cold and chicken strips not cooked. Taken me 3 hours to get through to them. They said really busy and staff on holiday. Thats not a excuse to send bad food. Was offered full refund but still not received after 3 weeks. Even support were showing to be worried and said they would call but still not replied. Bad customer service. Avoid them

After visiting the Locking Castle site a couple of days ago, I've decided to write this review as its the only way to get some real response. I could see, in the food prep area, from the guy making the dough, right through to other staff making up the orders, that NONE were wearing gloves to handle the food. I asked the guy who was kneading the dough why no one was wearing gloves and he told me 'they don't have to'. Food Health & Safety laws in the UK require ALL people who handle food (especially in such retail outlets), to wear PPE as MANDATORY. I was so put off I walked out. Does Dominoes want to reply with an explanation?

This was the best pizza we have ever had from Domino’s, the staff in Chester should be congratulated. It was very hot, very tasty and my wife and I really enjoyed our order.

Worst Domino's Pizza restaurant where I ordered food. The only positives are that the food is quickly prepared, they are open until 11 p.m. and the restaurant seems to be clean (they try to keep the place nice). Now about the bad moments: 1. The food seems hot, but it tastes like it was prepared a long time ago (dry potatoes, ham, meat). 2. The toppings are scattered on the pizza at random. 3. The pizza is cut crookedly (my family and I will split the slices, but I wouldn’t order it here for work or with friends). 4. The staff gives the impression that you are not very welcome, but it doesn't matter already. In general, tasteless food. It’s better to at least go to Domino’s in Portishead and get pizza there than here.

Stopped off at Domino's to order two pizza, waited to order looking at the choice, shame not one of the employees took the time to answer a call from one of them to serve a paying customer. Waited for some time and just give up and left. Big let down from this branch, not everyone wants to order on line.

Of the places I have tried the pizzas are best. Generous toppings and nice selection. Prices are a bit steep but with the promo codes it makes it affordable.

Very easy to order online and over the phone. The pizza is always ready at the stated time and the staff are friendly.
