Ordered Brie and Cranberry and Veggie Supreme for pickup, was ready super quick and excellent :-) Friendly staff and clean premises. Very happy!
The pizzas were fresh and flavorful. The crust was golden and slightly crispy on the outside but soft inside. The cheese was nicely melted and evenly spread, while the toppings were generous and well-balanced. The Pepperoni Lovers pizza, in particular, had a great savory kick. Also great service. Great experience.

Absolutely delicious! Pizza came piping hot, loaded with cheese, and perfectly cooked. The crust had just the right crunch, and everything tasted fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best places in Cwmbran for a tasty pizza treat!
I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut Cwmbran multiple times, and every time the experience has been fantastic. The food always arrives hot and fresh – the cheesy garlic bread and pepperoni pizza are my absolute favorites! The delivery is usually on time, and the drivers are polite and friendly. One time I had an issue with my order, and the staff handled it quickly and professionally. Great customer service and quality you can count on. Highly recommend!
I would give zero stars but it won't give me the option, staff are useless ordered 1 pizza and mac'n cheese that waited 3 hours for them to cancel the order and offer a refund in 5 DAYS, when ringing the shop passing me around staff who all telling me different lies that my food was sent out an hour ago then it's just going in the oven. Steer clear of the place and get a dominos instead.... At least it gets delivered and on time
Absolutely disgusting, never ordering food from here again. Myself and my partner thought we would try pizza hut for a change as its been years since having one. This ordeal has put us right off pizza hut and will be sticking to domino's. Ordered food at 14.32, got a phone call from the driver at 15.19 saying he was lost, i directed him to where he needed to go but no sign of him after 10mins, ended up sending my partner out to find him, eventually got the food to be told he forgot the extra sauces. Not kicking up a fuss we thought we would leave it for 2 99p sauces. Opened the food, pizza's were stone cold and full of grease, god nose what the green herb stuff was that was plastered over the pizza's either but it was everywhere. Ended up having 2 slices and gave the rest to the dog who also turned her nose up at it. Myself and my partner now feel extremely sick from what little we actually ate but probably caused by the amount of oil which covered the pizza's . I even squeezed a slice and pure oil poured out from it. From the prices they charged i expected alot better from there i would of been better off getting a pizza from Iceland for £1. Absolutely vile.
I rang to speak about the fact my pizzas were burnt. The advice I was given was to go on the website site and contact customer services. There was no consideration that I had food that couldn't be consumed as it tasted burnt aswell. I have since been in contact with Pizzahut customer care who have offered me £25 discount code only to be used on full price menu which as a comparison to the two pizzas I ordered would be £37.98. I will never be using Pizza Hut again after this insulting offer
Really bad experiences the last few times we've ordered. The orders are consistently wrong. The one time we'd ordered a vegan pizza and they sent a meat one as their mistake. When we called to get it changed we were told "you'll have to have what you're given". We were able to resolve this after a lot of effort and escalating to management. This time, toppings we'd paid extra for were missing, and the pizza was undercooked. It was pale and the cheese not even melted. So disappointing and poor representation of the pizza hut brand
-Awfully prepared food, no effort made (see pics) -Food is always 15-30m later than quoted. -Items out of stock need to be chased via customer service for refunds, so expect to budget 30-60m chasing people and calling to explain the items you ordered were not delivered as out of stock. No idea why the store cant issue refunds, just archaic. -Avoid at all costs, the place is a joke. (Based on 4 takeaways in the last year, I am an idiot for giving them extra chances)
