As a platform egencia frequently has bugs: for instance not sharing a credit note/PO with a hotel you have booked. Upon booking a train with an open return you may find it has specified the last train of the day for your return. It does not display ryanair flights when booking travel, which are generally the cheapest for UK-EU travel. I have also encountered holds placed by car hire companies due to payment latency. Meal vouchers advertised on the platform are frequently not passed to hotels so you will end up out of pocket. A recent change of company policy where evening meal vouchers have been increased from 25 to 35 pounds have still not been amended to the company profile on the platform. The approval system also times out in only a few hours so you may find yourself chasing approvers to immediately action bookings before they vanish into the ether. Having encountered all of these problems I have had numerous conversations with customer services who seem to be just as confused as I am. At least the front end of the website is intuitive enough.

Have reported my flight to me as "cancelled by airline", caused business partners other booking cancellations. Airline conducted internal audit investigation and reported that cancellation been performed by Egencia.

Scam. I booked a trip ticket through work, only to call the night before and find out they had not actually purchased the ticket! Had to buy a ticket last minute at exorbitant prices - and by the way customer service will put you on hold for >30 mins if call them
