After waiting an hour we called, food still hadn’t been cooked apparently… yet 45 minutes later after a second phone call the food turned up. Cold and soggy having obviously been in the bag somewhere for a long time. Shame because it might have been ok had it not been stone cold
Just isn’t what I expected, woman on phone told me my chips were hard because of the sauce! Chicken was like eating a rubber and I feel like £33 it should be up to standard. Now me and the family has been up all night with a very sore belly and we had only had the Chinese. Just not what you pay your money for. Chicken satay more like chicken shitey

Order a chicken Maryland but ask for it to be altered to my taste ,wasn’t a problem ,the nicest chicken Maryland I’ve ever tasted absolutely delicious
Was recommended here and it was honestly such a let down. The soup had spilled over the food in the bag and turned the chips to mush and the gravy sauce we ordered was missing. When I phoned to say about the missing sauce and the state the food arrived in the girl on the phones attitude was terrible. I explained everything and how one of the boxes was all bashed too, so soup had got in there and she basically said she would come and take it all back leaving the curry and rice. I said how I just wanted my missing item and the chips replaced. This then took another 30 minutes, by which time the rest of the food was cold. The gravy when it finally turned up was like water and inedible. The prawn toast was wafer thin and chicken satay skewers were too tough to eat. Would have been better throwing £40 straight in the bin. Shocking customer service and shocking food. Will never order from here again and will be letting others know just how bad it was.
I have eaten from a lot of chinese takeaways and in restaurants, and this place is by far the best I have ever experienced,everything I order is done just right,the food is absolutely delicious,if I ever move away I will still come here,that sounds silly but as I said this is a serious takeaway,and it should be tried and tested,guaranteed you will enjoy the experience of the taste.
I ordered this evening and they didn't mention a delay. After nearly two hours I called to see where my delivery was. It was clear it hadn't even left the shop. There wasn't even an apology, they just said that was normal for the weekend. I said not to bother as I had lost my appetite. After being a customer for many years and giving such shoddy service they had the cheek to say they wouldn't let me order again. After this I wouldn't want to. If I could give them zero stars I would. A nice attitude from them would have gone a long way
I so so loved it the first time .. The second time mmm chicken smelt of and mushrooms was cold And I had no lucky cookies ..But yes I'll try again the delivery folk are so fast . You wait 45 min . Others are 2 hours??..
Was recommended by a friend when we first moved to the east end. Have tried other places but this place is OUR Chinese - it’s hard to find a really good one and when you do, you stick with it. Brilliant food, brilliant service, brilliant homemade prawn crackers. And the only reason I’m posting this is because of the earlier bad reviews. They don’t know what they’re talking about (like most folk who go out their way leave bad reviews for takeaways on the Internet).
