   My recent Umrah trip was a truly soul-lifting experience, thanks in no small part to the fantastic arrangements made by Brother Irfan of Royale Hajj and Umrah Tours in Ilford. The package was perfectly tailored, and Brother Irfan was always approachable and kept us informed throughout. Our hotels in both Mecca and Medina were superbly located, just paces away from the Haram, making visits effortless. The breakfast buffets at the Al Aqeeq Hotel in Medina and the Pullman Zamzam in Mecca were varied and delicious, catering for all palates. Our half-board meals in Mecca were a five-star dining experience. While the rooms at the Pullman Zamzam were a comfortable four-star with a slightly dated bathroom, the excellent location and efficient service more than made up for it. The ground transfer team was very prompt and communicative, ensuring smooth travel to and from the airports. Although they primarily spoke Urdu, this didn't cause any major issues. Our time in Medina was truly peaceful, allowing us to spend quality time in the mosque and outside and appreciate the tranquility and the efforts of the staff, making us feel like we were returning home. We highly recommend Brother Irfan for anyone looking to book their Umrah tour, as he puts his heart into ensuring a truly memorable and seamless experience.

   Would highly recommend. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with this experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The whole process was well-organised, and the attention to detail was really emphasised throughout the trip. The hotels we stayed in were excellent: clean, comfortable, and in great locations with an excellent array of food options. The transport arrangements were also spot-on and convenient. The driver was punctual, polite, and extremely helpful the entire time, which made getting around easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a completely hassle-free and enjoyable trip.    Royale Hajj and Umrah made my Umrah trip amazing. It was a 10/10 experience. The hotels were super close to the haram and masjid nabawi, and everything was well organised. The drivers were great, making transfers easy. I had a really positive experience and would totally recommend them. The company was recommended to me by my friend. And irfan baiee would always check on us in Saudi insuring that all our needs were met and that we felt supported throughout the journey. I would 100% recommend this company, for its affordable and excellent services and umrah packages.

   This was one of the best experiences of my life but was only possible because of the efforts of brother Irfan may Allah keep him bless! He was a real help during the whole trip Alhamdullilah and communicated very well with us all. The Ziryat was quite informative and well explained! The hotel room and breakfast was up to scratch aswell Masha’allah Allah Humma Barik! Overall I really enjoyed my time with this group and would definitely choose to go with Brother Irfan of Allah blesses me with another Opportunity!!
