   Turn around to get a visa was amazing!!!! Which I am very much greatful for . The online chat didn’t work on Sunday at 10pm ….HOWEVER… MONDAY morning…. rashmi came and saved me another rebooking with virgin and I can’t thank her enough . I did contact the other branch first however they weren’t as responsive. Anyway I rang Monday 8am they said to call back at 10am so rang back and rashmi sorted everything before 12pm soooooo from 10:05 - 12pm she went to work and by Tuesday 14:36pm (next day ) my 30day e-visa was granted (double entry £75) which really helped release stress and tension. This review I had to leave for rashmi as anyone who’s needing visa needs to contact RASHMI… clear instructions and also quick turnaround… her service & experience is priceless . Thank you

   They are an absolute disgrace and trying to take advantage of the pandemic - whilst airlines are refunding them the full amount for cancelled flights they are trying to charge £75 for processing a refund. Basically selling goods/services not providing them and charging £75 for processing refunds - an absolute scam!!!
