   Had a very bad experience with them.Applied for umrah visa through them for myself and my wife. The visas came in about over a week but to our surprise the name of mehram in my wife's visa was completely different. It was a different man's name. Obviously This was a problem as Women are not allowed to enter Saudi for umrah without a mehram and with a different name of a mehram on my wife's visa it meant she would've been denied entry.When I pointed out this error to Kirmani travels they insisted on us travelling on the same visa telling us its not a big deal and that they have experienced problems like this before and people have travelled. They showed no signs of being appologetic. I had to go to a different agent and get another visa for my wife, luckily she is a dual national so have two passports. At Heathrow airport the first thing they checked was mehram for my wife. It was checked again at saudi airport, so basically Kirmani travels was more interested in keeping their £70 visa fee and cared less if my wife was denied entry into Saudi wasting our tickets and hotel bookings that we paid for. Not going to recommend them.
