   Worst service I ever received, would suggest not to book any tickets through them. My ticket was cancelled and was asked to confirm on new date, upon confirming the same through email they havent sent any new tickets past 3days. I reached them over phone several times and the response I received was 1. We belong to sales team, please contact schedule change team. 2. The team is in India and its lunch hours so call later. 3. The team is offline, they will reach in few hours. And all these in a rude way. If you require peace of mind then DO NOT book tickets through tickets to India.

   While the staffs here answer the phone politely they are trying to take more and more money from our refund Because of COVID flight cancellation, the flight companies gave the money fully , they take £50 for every ticket which is daylight robbery. While I haven’t got my refund back my husband who booked for flights 2 weeks before us got his refund minus the £50. Every time we call they say it will take 2 more weeks and today it has become 2 more months. While we understand the current scenario waiting for half a year is very bad

   Very poor service and irresponsible. Please think twice before booking tickets with them. We are waiting for our covid lockdown refund which was confirmed 6 months ago. They have stopped responding to our emails. Don't waste your money and time ...

   Excellent service. I have booked about half a dozen times from tickets to India in the last year or so and the service has been very good. I would single out SIMRAN from Jalandhar office who has been excellent in providing a professional service and found her to be very courteous and pleasant. I always found the fares at t2I to be transparent and competitive. Will surely recommend T2I to anyone looking to book tickets to India!
