This company is disgusting. It's full of crooks who keep shifting posts in terms of fares once you pay your deposit. When you try to calm them they are never reachable. The worst ever I have used They deserve to be shut down. They are very rude and customer service is appalling. BE WARNED AND DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WISH TO BE SCAMMED.
Do not use this travel agent to book your flights. You will lose your money. Their customer service is a nightmare. I booked flights with them but could not issue tickets Every week the ticket prices were going up my ticket price was quoted for £879 but in the end i was informed to pay £1029.00. Their website say you can pay in instalments please do not fall for that. Their booking advisors will also inform you can pay in instalments which It's not true either. They will then send you emails and receive phone calls demanding the payments to be done. Giving customers lower prices knowing in the end they pay twice that's falsifying information. This company needs to be closed down to save others from losing their money. Also when they say you can pay by credit card it's probably on the first instance to get you to book tickets afterwards you are not allowed to use credit card to make the payment otherwise they will tell you you will be charged extra as much as £25.00 to use the credit card. Lastly they operate in a different name rather than skyblue travels. Their company is registered in a company that has been closed down recently.
This is an utterly disgusting fraudulent company. They promise the best fares, but after paying for the flight tickets, they say there has been a price increase and demand more money before releasing tickets. Be very aware and don't use this company if you do not want to be scammed!
