Terrible door dash delivery. An hour after estimated delivery on a week night. Pizza was burnt to a crisp and tasted disgusting.
Really disappointing order for the THIRD time. The pizza's were completely dried out with no cheese or sauce. It honestly looked like they'd been left too long in the oven. For the price, it’s shocking quality — won’t be ordering again. Other franchises dont have this issue. Must do better Corstorphine.
Had a big order for a works night, they had my full order ready and all correct at the agreed pick up time. Were quick to answer the phone to accommodate changing the pick up time for my order when I put it through as collection ASAP by accident. We're also extremely helpful, friendly and understanding when I retrospectively had to ask for a receipt as the order confirmation email never came through. A lovely team you have there :)
Ordered two pizzas from here, didn’t even come with a sauce tub for either of them, ordered a pepperoni pizza WITH burger sauce on top and they hadn’t even done that, the pizza wasn’t cut properly either with it being impossible to grab the slices nor was it centered and it looks like my toppings have been set up to make phallic shapes. Delivery driver was alright but got lost and took an hour after being baked to deliver to my flat which is a 7 minute drive from the shop
Don't like the way I was treated in shop so unprofessional your loss my partner orders a delivery from here rapid. just lost a regular very disappointed PIZZA HUT IN THE FUTURE !!!!!
We ordered online for a delivery. After 10 minutes, the tracking link said our order was on its way. After 1.30h we still hadn’t received anything. We called several times and Thai told us to wait. We called again since we still hadn’t got our food, and they told us it was probably delivered at the wrong address. Long story short: we never received our food. Stay away from this place
Xmas eve dinner. Received an undercooked pizza which the staff member refused to replace for fear of “being laughed at” by their colleagues. Would rather eat Rudolph’s vomit than order from these cowards. No no no. Soggy Christmas
Ordered on 20-35min delivery and after well over an hour still no sign of pizzas. Initially told us the driver was “five minutes away” (this was 35 minutes ago) and then ignored calls afterwards, picking up but hanging up immediately.
Won't be using this domino's again. I've ordered twice in the last month. Last time I ordered it took over 2 hours to get to my flat and was stone cold. Tonight, I stupidly ordered again, it's been over an hour, app says foods been delivered and I've had a text asking to tip the driver, yet I still have no pizza. I called the shop, the guy who answered the phone was super rude but said the driver would be with me in 5 minutes... That was 20 minutes ago.
