   Not busy . We ordered bacon cheese burger, fries, drinks, wagyu burger meals, and 20 chicken nuggets. It was all in a bag.we  started to eat it and the first thing was it was cold, everything was cold. The chicken nuggets  and the burger and contents were stone cold. My burger was actually black in places. Drink was the warmest thing we had. At home, everyone had diarrhoea and vomiting. Fort Kinnaird Burger Kings served us just "FOOD POISONING." on the 5th november. We will not be going again. Just disgusting and awful.

   Takeway ordered !! 9 Satffs working in kitchen. They are just time pass and count hour. Not working properly. 10 people are waiting for their order more than 45 minutes. They prepared one order in 5 to 10 minutes. How such irresponsible staff hired ??? What manager duty ?? Send them all staff just near macdonald fort kindard to see how staff work there !!! Burger king manager you need to change all staff. Otherwise one day it will be closed.

   My manager Tejas was spendid, as he greeted everyone with a smile, he was able to keep the place running smoothly even when it got super busy. As well as ensuring the service provided was quick and friendly. He was great as he really stood out and made my visit much better.

   Great Fast food chain to have food with your friends and family. I visit a lot when I go shopping near by. Good good quality, and specially great customer service provided. Staff is very efficient and solves issues and errors quickly. Overall a great dine-in experience.

   I had a great experience at Burger King in Kinnaird! The staff were friendly, took my order quickly, and made sure everything was fresh and hot. My food came out just the way I wanted, and the service felt genuinely welcoming. Definitely one of my better fast-food visits.

   Never been in such a shoddily run excuse for a Burger King. Staff and on duty manager behaving like trainees. Order placed at 14:18 and on duty manager thought it was ordered at 14:45. Order hadn’t even been started. If that’s how customers are treated when they visit the fake Burger King I can only recoil at the thought of how knackered the food in a delivery would be. Have you seen the prices of an already cooked burger that’s been frozen and reheated? AVOID AVOID AVOID

   Food was warm not hot , service was very slow stood at counter for 5/7 minutes before anyone came to serve. Atmosphere NIL . Staff don't know how to smile. Let just say here's one family that won't be back . Best advice stay clear.
