Called in for food before a film, we ordered chillichanga, it was not good, I sent mine back as it was cold, got replacement that had been microwaved however was not charged but tasteless with wife's being burnt black underneath, staff were good and polite. Sadly these places are churning out food that's just rubbish at excessive prices

Terrible. 20 mins after taking drink order and no drink arrived - had to chase waiting staff. Food arrived absolutely burned to a crisp - but as it has taken a further hour for the food we didn't have time to get it recooked. No staff cleared the table when we had finished meal. Tried to get a second drink but that didn't appear.

Visited here this evening around 6.30, it was quite busy. Service was quite slow and our waiter thought the beer my husband was ordering was a cocktail. Hubby had The Towering Inferno Burger and said it was very good and portion size was good. I ordered the sesame chicken strips which were luke warm if that, chips were warmer but not hot and the salad was quite drab and limp. I've had this dish before here and it was beautiful but this time really was a let down. We ordered kids meal also which looked nice enough. Thumbs down for me tonight guys sadly.

Michael our server was a very nice lad, genuinely happy person with great service. Sometimes at TGIs kindness can seem fake, but his was genuine. We had a great time and the food was great, and super filling. We did wait slightly longer for the first drinks to arrive, but this may have been due to the restaurant having lots of people in, for a lunch time, it isn't usually that busy. The staff coped well though. I'd be happy to come back here again.

very slow service, over an hour to get our meal, meals were cold, had to clear my own table when the desserts arrived, dirty tables everywhere and reception area stacked up with half eaten meals and dirty plates while staff stood around chatting. manager seemed out of his depth and unable to get the staff to do there jobs. sons 13th Birthday totally ignored (we had told them twice) while the staff celebrated with other tables around us. we have been to this TGI;s before and loved it but i presume the manager has changed and it has went down hill fast

This place never fails to impress me. The food is always great and the service is consistently outstanding. The staff seem really happy to be there and engage with customers in a genuine way. The building is well laid out and has a great atmosphere. The only negative I can think of is sometimes the music is a little loud. I visit way more than I should do because it's such a good experience every time. They never let me down.

Unexpectedly good ! We'we been there on Friday the 13th looking to find a good place for a steak meal. We had a bad experience in another restaurant close to this.:( The place is American style which it was quite interesting for me but I really like it. After a quick and smiling welcome we have been seated to a table. A lovely and helpful waitress made us feeling comfy and good. She suggested us a couple of dishes , with a lot of patience as I am always asking a lot... All of our choices were so yummy and I was positively surprised about the quality and flavor of the food. Taking care of us from the beginning to the end ,our waitress , Megan, made my day. Thank you again. We will be back for sure. The only thing what makes my experience a bit unhappy was the very loud music .
