Of all the " shopping centre" style restaurants, this is one of the healthier options. Nice relaxing atmosphere and friendly service. The food was nice and easy to order and pay using your phone.
Popped in for something to eat recently and we were not disappointed. Food was delicious and served quickly. Service was excellent and have to say that Gavin was brilliant. Many a restaurant would benefit from someone like this who is genuinely interested in customer service and satisfaction.
This is not the first time we have meal here. But feeling very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided this time. I ordered take away in the restaurant. When I opened the bag upon arriving home, I found that one burger was missing. I called the restaurant, the staff taken up the call kept saying he was confident that the burger had been put inside the bag and then he told us he would check the CCTV and then the call ended immediately. I needed to take the whole bag of food and drove 15 mins from home to the restaurant again. Once I arrived at the restaurant, I asked if he had checked CCTV yet, he said no but he told me that he asked his colleague and was told the burger was surely prepared and put inside the bag. I said that I didn’t mind to stay until he finished checking the CCTV and he ended up asking me if I wanted to have the burger re-cook. Finally he gave me back a burger but I needed to drive another 15 mins back to home, all the food taken previously was not warm already. Very disappointing and dissatisfying experience. I didn’t mean to create any troubles. However, this is not the services a customer expected and we paid for the food and ended up being judged. The most important without any apology.
My nephew and I went here for lunch and it was pretty decent! Food was good and reasonably priced. I got the chicken liver which was well spiced. The bread that came with it was a bit meh. The Mexican rice and mac and cheese I got as a side were satisfactory. My nephew enjoyed her chicken burger and chips. He got garlic bread as a side which didn’t look overly appealing. The menu is quite varied which I like. The staff are accommodating and quite friendly and the facility/atmosphere was great. I love how you have unlimited access to the hot sauces.
Sharon at the front door and Beth at the till both very friendly and welcoming. I really loved the atmosphere and the greeting arriving here after a long day from shopping. We changed places about 3 different times and it wasn't a problem at all. The 1st question I was asked if I had any allergies from both staff. We asked a few questions and was able to give a detailed answer followed by the code to follow onto the phone. I am still waiting to eat
Standard Nandos food which always nice. But here they left two of us with no food for 20mins. Then they brought the wrong meal for 1 person and nothing for the other. Eventually 1 of us got a meal, the second person's meal came and it was wrong. Had to speak to 3 different people to get our final meal and not one apology or a visit from a manager to explain anything.
Really friendly staff here, and the food is as good as any other Nando’s! Seemed to be plenty of seating as well
