Ordered sandwiches for my 50th birthday afternoon, 4 platers of sandwiches, on the day my partner went to pick them up instead of £40 of sandwiches we got 40 sandwiches, my partner then had run around finding sandwiches he missed my flowers being delivered which he was going to propose but sadly was too busy driving round supermarkets.
Received a friendly welcome in this great local bakery when visiting after a trip to the park; broad range of items, well-presented and all delicious-looking. The staff were lovely and patient with my 3-year-old niece who was having trouble deciding what to have; eventually, she got a chocolate crispy cake which was a generous size and she was delighted. The sausage rolls and empire biscuits were excellent and a great size for the price, and the prices are superb value overall.
We’ve been here a few times, only for breakfast though. Their breakfast rolls are very tasty and you get a fair amount in them. The soup is always very nice and having sampled their donuts, I can say they are very tasty too. It’s a great wee place and we can’t wait to try the burgers.
