   We came at the right time for lunch. But well let's just say it would be quicker to get a meal deal from the store and eat in the car! I've seen the reviews from 3 weeks ago and let's just say that nothing has changed! Still slow that customers are asking for a refund. One guy had to have a refund as he was due back to work. Come on Asda sort it out and get more staff in who can work quick. Sitting here waiting is cutting into my shopping time and car parking time.

   This place is one of the biggest Asdas I've been to. They must be making a mint but they think so little of their customers, to even mend toilet seats, door locks, empty blocked toilets, refill toilet rolls and soap. The place is flooded. Absolutely disgusting. People have been moaning for years, still no change. The cafe isn't owned by Asda. The poor lad behind the till was trying his best. They had no coffee, fish, fish fingers, ham. It was easier to ask what they did have. The manager was on holiday and coming back and going off again with staff not knowing what to do on the new tills and no stock. The manager should be sacked. The remaining staff should ge given pay rises. Asda you should be a shamed to open your store. Your staff are lovely but the place is badly run by management and grim.

   Never been to this asda’s before so thought we’d come and explore. Seems rare to have a 24hr asda post-covid so that’s exciting! Really quite big and hard to navigate. We came in to look for an SD card for our new dashcam. We found what we wanted, however the price was absolutely extortionate! £26 for what was £12.99 on Amazon, absolutely couldn’t justify paying that. I thought asda used to be one of the cheaper supermarket options? Clearly not the case anymore, so really disappointed. However i did like the halloween bits and bobs.

   Mixed opinions on this store. Went in for an early shop and one member of staff was very friendly and went to check the stock room for more of what I was after. However, another staff member seemed so unbothered and annoyed to be there. Waited 10 minutes at the self checkout for assistance and when someone finally came, they made me feel like I shouldn't of asked for help, just sighing and looking miserable. Despite that, nice amount of stock and everything else ok.

   Toilets are essentially a biohazard to any shoppers. When they do get cleaned its just a quick sweep of the floor and no sanitizing products used. There is a telephone on customer service that is never answered and just rings and rings, no matter what time of day, not even quieted during the 'quiet' shopping time.

   Cafe dirty although only been open 40 minutes. Food barely warm and barely eatable. Went to the toilets before leaving (Ladies). Disgusting. Female came in wearing Asda uniform and hairnet which implies food prep. This female barely put her finger ends under the water to wash her hands after going to the loo!

   If I could put 0 stars then I would! Went into the cafe today, two of us purchased the all day brunch! Food Came out very quick, sausages weren’t cooked, bacon was re heated, chips were also re heated, absolutely disgusting. When questioning staff members at the cafe, to make a complaint, they had nothing to say, I asked the so called chef if he would eat this food and his answer was no! Even continued to show us that the food had been pre heated and not cooked and then offered to make us some fresh, IT SHOULD Have BEEN FRESH in the first place!! So I asked the staff why are you serving food that you wouldn’t eat yourself! He Even admitted that it had all been pre cooked and re heated from this morning! Worst of all seen it with my own eyes! Absolutely shocking to say the least! Worst £15 ever spent, shall definitely not be returning as no wonder this food doesn’t make people unwell! Will also be contacting food standards agency for advice as I don’t think this is acceptable

   Called in firstly for something to eat before shopping. What a let down, after waiting in a que to be served, l get told its too late to order the big breakfast, so we order the brunch in its place, only to be told that their will be a minimum of a 30 minutes wait. 3 X very young girls running the cafe is not good. So we leave the cafe and start our shopping in what sounds like a discotheque, music far too loud. When we get to the electrical goods l find the boxes on the bottom shelf have not been pulled forward, with not a staff member in sight. l had to get on my hands and knees to get what we needed, being a OAP it was very hard to get back up again. All in all not the best shopping trip to date.
