Efficient, personable, professional and knowledgeable. And good value - fixing the problem for a quarter of the price a dealer had tentatively suggested. Highly recommended.”

“Rosemarie and Guy have gone above and beyond to look after our elderly cat while we've been away. She became poorly the day we left for holiday, and they kept a close eye on her, kept in touch and took her to the vet, then the hospital. We came home but, once she had been given the all clear from the vet, we were able to continue our holiday, knowing she was in very safe and caring hands. I can highly recommend Rosie Posie Pet Services!”

“We came for a visit, to find a respite or maybe permanent stay for Mum. We were made very welcome and were impressed by all the facilities and activities that are available. The atmosphere was friendly and we witnessed lovely interactions between staff and residents. Promoting independence was also obvious in the breakfast area ( self serve cereals if the residents wish to do so). Very clean and tidy and the bistro is a lovely area to sit and have a drink.”

“The Jhoots in Patchway, is in my opinion, amazing! The Pharmacist, I think his name is Matthew, us probably the most helpful, kindest Pharmacist I have ever come across, in over 40 yrs using pharmacies. A massive difference to the jhoots in stoke gifford attached to the stoke gifford surgery, who I am ecstatic to have left in the dust!, and is, in my the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to surgeries or pharmacies!. Jhoots in Patchway is superb!, and I am so grateful to have found them. Cannot thank Matthew and his staff, who are all equally as helpful as him (I should add!), I feel they are 100% reliable and as helpful as they can be.”

“I visited a while ago and booking to go back. I have a lipoma in my back and has been impossible to get any help from the doctors. I’ve waited over 2 years!! Pippa suggested the lemon bottle and it really did help! It’s still there and will need more sessions but it made such a difference! I was so nervous as I hate needles but she’s very patient and reassuring. It’s brilliant to have someone who’s a registered nurse and knows what they’re talking about too! Feels much safer”
